I've been disappointed by so many pizza places, especially the smaller ones. I was amazed at how delicious this pizza was! We got a grease wheel which was basically a meat lovers and a specialty pizza with vegetables and meat as well and they were both amazing. I got two medium pizzas thinking they may not be enough for 6 people but we even had leftovers. I thought the price was kind of high until I went to Taco Bell and spent $30 for two people. That made a much better tasting meal seems very reasonable! If you're looking for pizza this is absolutely the place. This is my new favorite pizza place! I wish I had taken pictures of the pizza just to post, but next time.
My experience at Red Devil Pizza was disappointing, to say the least. After placing my order, I wasn't asked if I wanted to be seated, and when I inquired about dining in, I was abruptly refused. The lack of basic courtesy and the refusal to accommodate my simple request reflects poorly on their customer service. Clearly, they need to invest in better-trained servers who understand the importance of hospitality. Overall, a frustrating encounter that left me with a bad impression of the establishment.
Poor service, I was treated very unfairly. After paying for my food I headed to the dining area to have a seat. I met the host who revealed to me if I ordered carry out I would not be able to dine in because there is a wait time to be seated. Oddly, the young lady who took my ordered assigned me to carry out without my consent. So the host gave me the option of sitting outside. No one was sitting outside because it was a cold night, mind you I was with my 6 year old son. So I went back to the young lady who took my order & asked her if she could fix the carry out issue. I made it clear that I had no problem waiting to be seated. Their answer was plainly, “No.” They said I could not dine in because I had a carry out order. The order taker never asked me if I was having carry out, she simply assigned me to carry out without my consent. I’ve never been to a restaurant without the order taker at least advising you prior to paying that seating is not an option because it’s full. The odd thing was that people who ordered after me were able to wait for seating. After i received my food, I told the order taker I was being treated unfairly, her response was, & I quote, “It’s okay.” I am befuddled with the way my son & I were treated here. I guess I shouldn’t expect nothing more from a place with the name , “Devil” in it. This was my 1st & last time stepping foot in this place. And for the record this is the 1st time I have ever left a bad review in the 31 years of my life.

Love this place! But today service was awful. Our server Bella seemed to only be concerned with the large party that came after. So much so we got our 1 pizza 15 minutes after all the pizzas for the large party came out. Now I understand large parties are stressful but this was unacceptable

Tasty food but very pricey, paid 70 bucks for a pizza, salad and a pitcher of beer, not to mention the $14 tip I was in it for 84 bucks... ?
