The cook was not loud enough to hear it's supposed to be entertaining at the same time but he was too shy and didn't really talk and then he messed up my order and gave me a raw steak and didn't even offer me another one and had to scoop my steak onto my daughter's plate and all their food is really expensive we spent Uber a $150 and I wasn't even offered any kind of compensation for him giving me the raw steak he wanted to take it off my plate and put it back on the grill to cook how nasty is that they should have just got me a new steak and started all Uber but then by that time everybody else would have been finished eating and I would have been last He just wasn't paying attention to anything that he was doing it was very annoying For that kind of money you should get good service B paid attention to they threw us in with another party and there was only 2 of us and it was like he was ignoring us and just paying attention to the other party That is not right to do like we are paid spending just as much money

Apparently if you are vegan according to one of the chefs that works here complains that, “…having a vegan at the table is an inconvenience” because of what exactly? Of course, this chef is not trained in hospitality nor customer service because you would never express such things in front of customers who are vegan or may have other dietary preferences! I would not recommend this place to anyone with dietary preferences, I would suggest the company to either fix your employees attitude or cater more to customers with different preferences! The actual inconvenience is how the chefs lack training in customer service.

After a long work week, this is the place to treat yourself too. I always get the Shogun special. The food is always great. We love eating here.

From the moment our group stepped into SHOGUN for a birthday celebration, the lively atmosphere set the tone for the evening. We were seated around the hibachi grill, where the star of the show, Edgar, worked his magic. More than just a skilled chef, he was an entertainer—flipping utensils with flair, sparking laughter with his quick wit, and bringing the sizzle of the grill to life right before our eyes.

Our feast began with an assortment of six sushi rolls and a tempting appetizer. Each roll offered a burst of flavor, from the delicate freshness of the fish to the perfect balance of rice and seasoning. Then came the grilled entrées—tender, flavorful, and seared to perfection, each bite carrying that smoky, savory aroma only a hibachi grill can deliver.

If there was one drawback, it was the ventilation. The grill room grew a bit warm and stuffy during the performance, which could be improved for greater comfort. Still, the combination of delicious food, lively entertainment, and a festive, interactive setting makes SHOGUN a perfect choice for celebrations, laughter, and memorable meals.

Today I walked into Shogun and was immediately greeted by the friendly hostess which i believe her name was carolina, upon entering she made me feel welcomed within the establishment and seated me almost immediately. From then on i believe my shogun experience was elevated thanks to carolina! Definitely will come back again.

Hi i use to do deliveries and i had an order from your restaurant when i went to the restaurant for the order they said it takes like 20-25 minutes and when i again came back a girl on counter named carolina said we are still working on it so i don’t know why they doing with it happened 3 time with me and every time the same girl carolina with same answer it’s really very bad experience for me please pay some attention on your staff His way of talking is very bad. Very bad service! I keep talking there. His attention is on his phone please change the staff..!! Thanks

We had a really good waiter. The California rolls were the worst I ever had. I don't remember them being just filled with a mayonaise and crab filling. It was very noisy, and not a good place to have a nice dinner with friends. We could not hear each other.

One of my favorite restaurants! I got the Aki lunch combo and added lobster. Extra gatlic butter on everything! Chefs are always entertaining professional and nice! Bring cash to tip the chefs! 10/10
