I've been here twice. The first time I wasn't Impressed. Just a regular Starbucks. Yesterday was another story. They were extra kind,helpful, and I don't know if it's because I ordered 5 Fraps or what but when I asked for a cup of water, they provided the water in a venti cup not a grande like my first visit. Without even asking. And that was very much appreciated! That's great customer service.

This location has the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They take forever to make the drinks and always have an attitude.
Went at 6:30 and was closed even tho was supposed to be open until 9. Had no note or anything. Multiple waiting in the drive thru for nothing

Terrible 3/07 people waiting in drive thru forever only to find out the store is closed only 6:30 pm. This store continues to disappoint. Many many times randomly closed before posted hours at least they usually block off drive thru. The women are all friendly and polite at drive thru in evening but every male is rude unfriendly standoffish. I tell all my friends and family my neighborhood Starbucks is the WORST
