The staff is nice, but the bread is stale every time I've eaten at this location. Really makes the sandwich unappetizing. Don't eat here if you wear dentures or you will not be able to enjoy the food.

One person working on a Saturday evening- not the persons fault, but it takes much too long to wait for a single sandwich. They need at least a second employee. Probably better off trying another subway location.

Horrible service. ***Don't forget I order *3 times a week from this location. $hit @$$ Customer Service!!! I ordered flat bread and they made the sandwiches with multigrain bread. My email says I didn't complete the order. But, when I arrived my sandwiches were ready. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS LOCATION!!!! ""DUMBO"" doesn't get it. IT WAS A COMPUTER ISSUE!!!!

I was served by a "Felicia" and was extremely displeased with her service . There was no greeting, she rushed into and through the order and was unbelievably hasty. (there was a single other customer who was already being served by another worker) She had an irritated tone all the way through the order and was extremely skimpy with the vegetables. Even her wrapping was messy so all together I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with my order and experience.

So hot and didn't want to cook. Decided to pick up a sandwich. Glad I stopped here at this Subway. Steve was so sweet and his entire demeanor was just amazing. He was kind, professional and courteous. He made me a great sandwich and I will definitely be back. Thanks Steve!

Had to return because my order was incorrect. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. Do not order from this Subway. They have really lost touch with their customer service.

This has always been our go-to Subway location for our family. The kids already ordered and as we are about to pay I take out the coupon sheet and then was told..."oh we don't take coupons anymore". Last time we came and used coupons was probably around February. If your location isn't planning to take coupons anymore, I suggest you post it somewhere BEFORE people are done making their sandwiches and are already going to the register. My amily will be going to another location from now on.

Ordered a 20 DOLLAR SANDWICH. And was given nothing except for being told that they didn't get it. Cannot even explain how frustrated I am about this. No refund no nothing except for someone ready to make me another one to be paid for. Unbelievable

Went there on Saturday last! Tried to order kids meal was told kid needed to be present then told had to have milk or juice. I am on a diet and the kids meal has worked well for me. Funny as it may seem this was the owner, completely missed customer satisfaction when at Subway School. Ended up buying three sandwiches spending 29.00 will not go back and reaching out to corporate
