I found this cool new Mexican restaurant in D Street in La Verne while I was trying to find Taco Tuesday and they have $.99 tacos that are amazing and filling.

The service was great, we were checked on several times to ask if we needed anything. The restaurant was clean but it was very warm and sunny inside. The food quality was good but all of the meats we ordered were somewhat bland and relied on the salsas for flavor. We ordered a plate of chicken, rice, and beans, steak nachos, and quesa birria tacos. Unfortunately, the only thing that was served hot was the tacos, everything else was room temperature.
