Wow, great Boba and amazing ambiance

I loved this place!! Prices felt reasonable. The interior was well decorated and modern. There were so many fun plushies and stickers and pins. My drink was pretty good. I got the Crème Brûlée matcha and while i think it was novel with the crème brûlée filling smeared across the cup, that flavor was lost in the mix. My friends got some other drinks that seemed good as well!

This place is so adorable! I have been here a couple times, and it has been such a treat. The aesthetic is nice, there’s a small ramen station, and there’s a lot of other little things to purchase, like plushies and stickers. Super clean and cutesy vibe!

I’ve been a customer since this place first opened, but after what happened last night (10/11/2025), you won’t ever catch me here again. When we first walked in, we were immediately yelled at by the woman behind the counter saying, “We only have one takoyaki left!” except we didn’t even know what that was. She could have kindly explained or suggested something else like a bubble waffle, but instead her tone completely threw off our order and added unnecessary stress to our party.

We came to celebrate and ended up walking out upset. To make things worse, they forgot our fifth order of ice cream. We waited 15 minutes extra for our 5th order. When we asked about it, a different woman rudely said, “You didn’t order ice cream,” which was not true.

Train your employees to be kind!!! Customer service here is terrible basically non-existent. It’s sad to see how much this place has gone downhill.

This place was super clean. Very quiet and chill vibe. Modern and fun inside. This was my first time here but I will definitely be back. The service was great as well. I really do like the brown sugar milk tea and my daughter got the jasmine milk tea, both are great. The curly fries are ok, not bad but not awesome. I would definitely say we enjoyed this experience.

This place has the best treats and coolest gifts. It's like a little gift shop inside. Great for teens. Avoid high school dismissal times though bc it is very popular in the latter part of the afternoon during school months.

My second visit. Great service. I ordered a non dairy slushy that’s not on the menu. It was great.

This is a hidden gem and when I took my kids there, they all agreed this is their favorite ice cream shop ever.

Amazing experience! Very cute place, ice cream was delicious and everyone was very kind.

One of the best boba places with lots of drink options - mochi tea, ice cream smoothies, grapes, freshly brewed tea.
Tea is high quality, boba pearls are sweet with good texture, fast service, kind employees.

So many good options to choose from.
