The staff was very welcoming our first time in. The meat counter display impressed us, but we didn't see any standing rib roasts which is what we came for. We asked and of course they had it in the back. 100% the best prime rib I have ever had!!

We had them cater a birthday party and the meat was amazing! It was right in my budget and delicious, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were so nice to work with and helped out a lot on making sure we would have enough food! We picked it up hot and just set it out right away for people to dig in! I can't say enough good things about the flavor, the tritip just melted in your mouth and the ribs were a hit, everything was piping hot and fresh. We will be back! Stress free ordering and pick up! I bought their prime rib meal for $29.95 and returned 2 weeks later for another one. The meat was excellent, as you may expect--tender, juicy, and seasoned well.The generous sides change weekly and are tasty as well.It's a great bargain for the amount of food you get, plus, the owners and prime rib Pedro are good guys.I need to try their barbecue one of these days.I will definitely return.

I'm pretty new to cooking (been doing so for about 4-5 years now). One thing I always wanted was to have a local butcher shop close by. Accidentally stumbled upon the Corner Butcher literally next door to a town house I recently moved to in La Verne. I've visited 3 times now and I'm truly in love with quality, selection, and service. Made a Cognac & Cabernet Ragu with some Short-Ribs Seared a couple Ribeyes on the cast-iron the week I moved in. Made an Italian Sausage Ciambotte. Just made some Achiote-Pollo Asada today. All meats were from here. Quality can be tasted. Selection is borderline overwhelming. Service was amazing. I arrived 25 min before close my first time and everyone was super accommodating. Great staff.

This is a great place for your best steak, burger, ribs.... I just purchased 6 beautiful ribeye steaks during their anniversary celebration sale. Really great place, awesome customer service. They will vacuum pack your purchase if you wish. Don't go anywhere else around here for your best butcher experience. Thanks again. Oh....get a hotdog!

I love the corner Bakery. I was there recently and I had the Chopped salad. It was just delicious. I also love their baked goods. The lemon bars are so good!

Grabbed a Prime Rib for Thanksgiving and I gotta say it was one of the best pieces of meat I’ve ever cooked. Extremely tender and juicy. Highly recommend them. The staff were extremely helpful.
