Food was delicious, service was fantastic, and atmosphere is 10/10. I come here regularly now and this location has easily became my favorite one. I always have a great experience. Highly recommend this Waba to everyone.

Food very cold not good quality on veggies like broccoli.. not friendly cashier
I paid extra for extra meat and sauce. The included two 1/3 filled cups of sauce and ONE tiny packed of hot sauce! And the food… well let’s just say the chicken was so tough I took it to batting practice and still had to cut it with a chainsaw after. SHAME on you guys. Shame on me for not ready the reviews. Two stars cause people don’t take 1 star seriously, but this was seriously terrible food.

the meat was horrific. i got like 4 bites of chicken, but it was the inedible parts of the chicken that have weird body parts like tendons or cartilage. the steak was awful. the meat was the quality of catfood. it was not meant for human consumption. also i got like no sauce in the bowl. and i ordered all the different sauces on the side, but they only gave me two hot sauces.
there was barely any meat at all. it was a nightmare, cuz usually waba grill is top quality and gives u very genorous amounts of meat. so u can imagine my disbelief when i opened my bowl and saw and smelled the nightmare!
this place needs to close down... its really bringing a bad name to waba grill

I ordered a waba bowl, didn't realize she charged me for a chicken bowl, bowl seems half full for the price. I usually share with my mom and brother. Not to friendly, no customers so I don't know why it took so long to get my order. I felt like I was bothering them.

Horrible customer service from both ladies working 1/6/2025 the lady at the register shrugged and rolled her eyes as I walked in and was extremely rude. I asked don’t you close at 10? Your site says 10 and I just got off work sorry. And she went “no 9pm” I said I’m so sorry I was going off your site. “You know never mind since you clearly cleaned everything, don’t want to make you clean again!” She said “okay if you’re sure” and rolled her eyes. The manager got involved and made everything worse. Shame on this location and the girl manager on duty 1/6/2025 you ladies yelled at me and make me feel bad when I already apologized. Shame on you WaBa grill. Hope they make this right. I already called CS and Richard said it’s not up to him and “hopefully I get a call” literally didn’t care. Wow WaBa Grill Do Better!!

This is a very shameful thing the staff is disrespectful. It's my second time without any queue or anything they takes more than 30 min. to complete my order and the most important thing I am with my family. They insulted me. Kindly, take some action. It's my humble request. Please, change your staff.

The food was good today, there was a small piece of plastic mixed in with my chicken though. I have been getting curbside pick up at this location for years. I had to call three times before anyone answered the gentleman that answered told me I needed to come in to get my food, when I went in, I asked are you no longer doing curbside he said he was new and had only been working a month and no one has told him about curbside. The woman that was behind the counter chimed in rudely and said I’ve been working here a year and we have never done curbside. Well curbside is still available service option labeled on Google, so if there is new management, they need to change that or train their employees. Not only that while I was questioning them about curbside the new worker was asking me what my name was just to get me out of there. This is not the customer service that I’m used to at this location. Hopefully this issue will be fixed. Part of the reason why I like going to this location is because of curbside option.

I come here when I want something on the lighter healthier side. It's a small store which I like. I appreciate that the owner appears to employ high schoolers, we all had to start somewhere. I always order inside and some of the kids are friendlier than others, but I've never had a horrible experience. The super tall boy and black girl (I don't see name badges?) have always been the most courteous and respectful when I go in. I like that the tall boy always takes care when bagging our order so that our bowls don't slide all over the place.

The server had her air pods in the whole time and was not friendly at all. Had to come back for something she forgot, and she had attitude because she had to take air pods out of ear to hear me..
