The pizza and breadsticks are always my favorite. But as usual EVERYtime we go, the big huge girl with all the tattoos VERY rude, zero customer service and dressing like she does in a food preparation area!?!? OMG 😳 how does she still have a job with the rude service!

Cash only. Impolite staff. Mediocre food.

Delicious, every time, but tonight was especially tasty, I'm not sure if they've done something different or if it's a new cook but it was sooooo good like the first time I'd been there! Definitely come here if you're looking for delicious za with tasty sauce and good service! They don't accept credit cards, so bring cash with you. I love this place and it's become my favorite go-to for Za!! Highly recommended and it offers indoor and outdoor dining! If you can't find parking in front, there's another lot behind them, just be patient, the food is worth it! I haven't tried anything else on the menu but hope to one day. Give it a try!

It is my first time trying this place out! And i have to say i really love the atmosphere here. It kinda reminds me of Jersey Shore. You're greeted right away. And the owner was so sweet to bless me with a free soda! This place is very spacious with plenty of seats around. You can even have a party there and it would fit everybody. They have a small arcade section that you can play while you wait for your pizza. Now their pizza is DELICIOUS! The dough is the perfect size. Not too thick, not too thin. The crust has a crunch to it. I love to put butter on mine. I would definitely recommend this place for all ages!

Unfortunately after 30 years of eating here today is my last time.
Guy taking order unfriendly
Nobody on the outdoor patio at all and my dog was asked to leave. He is welcome everywhere I go. No signs anywhere stating no pets.
2 sandwiches and breadsticks 33.00 dollars no drinks
Food quality was good but the size of sandwich much smaller than ever before.
No surprise the place was empty at 12:00 noon.
Sad to say my last time I will eat here again been a good run but nothing last forever.
Sad

Growing up in La Verne, Wearhouse Pizza has always been my gold standard for what a great pizza place should be. Decades later, I’m happy to say the flavors haven’t changed a bit. They’ve stayed true to their ā€œif it’s not broken, don’t fix itā€ philosophy—and in terms of taste, that absolutely works.

That said, there are a few areas where I think some updates wouldn’t hurt. The interior feels pretty outdated, and the fact that they’re still cash-only can be a bit inconvenient, especially for folks who aren’t locals or first-timers.

One small but noticeable detail: our salads came on the usual hard plastic plates, but when the pizza arrived, they only offered flimsy paper plates. I’m not sure when that switch happened or if it was just an off day, but when you’re spending $120 for a party of six, basic plastic plates don’t seem like too much to ask. Maybe I’m being picky—but hey, I’d like to enjoy my favorite pizza without worrying about my plate folding in half.

All in all, Wearhouse still hits the mark where it counts: flavor and nostalgia. I’ll always have love for this place, and I’ll definitely be back—but a few modern touches wouldn’t hurt.

Favorite pizza place in existence. They only take cash but they have an atm. I’m sad I didn’t meet my boyfriend sooner because I could have eaten here sooner. Best pizza ever and I love their garlic sticks as well and The staff are always so sweet.

Go here if you haven’t. Just absolutely delicious

Being the Pizza snob that I am if I say this Pizza is my comfort food grub... then take it as the A+ stamp approval and that Antipasto Salad with the Ranch & Italian mixed together IS.THE.BIZNESS!!

The Bostonian in me likes the crust to be a certain texture and density... and the tomato sauce, cheese a little grease neva hurt nobody. The pepperoni was delicious and the mushroom were sliced on the thicker size but overall it was a most delicious pie. I wouldn't get the mushrooms again but stick with the Pepperoni or the Sausage, both of these are instant crowd pleasers.

Parking is in the rear as the street itself has been changed into outdoor seating for the restaurants along D street. As others have mentioned before they do take credit cards. Cash only. I KNOW I will be returning.

Respectfully Reviewed.
