Yogurtland La Verne

Guy who's always in there alone charged me $28 for 2 small cups of yogurt. Have prices gone up that much or is he making money on the side? Either way I will never go back there again.

I took my two grandsons there on Friday, November 7, 2025. It was about 3 o’clock. My 11 year-old went into the restroom then walked out right away and said it’s filthy. I didn’t go check it out because it was a men’s restroom but for my 11-year-old grandson to say that it must’ve been pretty Darn dirty

I love yogurt land Claremont there's never a line you can make things however you want put all the toppings you want you just have to pay for how much your yogurt cup weighs I spend a lot of money there. Their fruit is always so fresh and really good mangoes strawberries kiwi blackberries. But I've been to the Laverne location twice and the fruit is crap always almost about to be moldy, it's always soggy, the color is off so I don't know what is up with their store. Also in general, it is very hard to get the rewards points you can't just give them a phone number and sign up you have to go online and put all this information in rather than just giving them a phone number or email or something like that and they could do it for you.

Obviously changed owners since.our last visit. Only about half the dispensers were operating. What we got was overpriced, and the quality was.very low. Never returning.

The two young boys working weren’t the best and I hope management speaks to them about their customer services attitude, coming from someone that works in the same industry. The boy that helped me had given me attitude, then proceeded to be rude about closing the store. Your store and online says 11pm not 10pm, please fix that saw a lot of families disappointed.

Yogurt was good but not customer service.

The Claremont Stars Red team came in to celebrate winning the Man City Futbol Club tournament G2012! We enjoyed the celebration with frozen yogurt all around!

It sucks it’s dirty the staff is looking at you like they want you to hurry up I went in when they were open they said we are closed shut this place down

Nice place, perfect location, very clean, I believe they had 8-10 flavors. They did have a lot of great toppings.

Staff member was friendly. The store was clean and stocked. Of course, the frozen yogurt was delicious, cold, and refreshing.

I love the yogurt they let you try samples too. And someone put the whole store in their yogurt 😂

Terrible experience at Yogurland

This place was a complete disappointment. The shop was dirty, with sticky tables and trash on the floor. The chairs were broken and unsafe to sit on. On top of that, the woman working there was extremely rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend it

Stopped by for a quick dessert, and it didn’t disappoint. The variety of flavors and toppings makes it fun to customize exactly what you’re craving. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed — perfect for a casual treat. It's definitely a great spot to enjoy some frozen yogurt and unwind! Now that the days are becoming warmer, it's a great place for a quick dessert bite, can't go wrong😋🧁

Went here and got French vanilla. We stayed and ate the yogurt but mine didn’t look right or taste good plus it had an orange color. I asked the guy if it’s actually French vanilla because it didn’t look or taste good. He laughed in my face and said it is French vanilla. I found that incredibly rude and my brother even said it does not taste or look right either. Plus they couldn’t even check to verify if they may have put the wrong photo up or something. Haven’t been to a Yogurtland like that before but will never be going both there. Crazy
