The yogurt is so good and so fresh even on this rainy day! The customer service team behind the register felt like they were new or maybe the owners. I'm not sure. It was very awkward checking out. I got two cups with light toppings and it was $13 and some change.I think because of the rain it was dead. There was nobody inside or In the parking lot area. So the ambiance was very quiet. I can see it getting busy in the summer. I'd come back for sure !

What happened to the La Verne Yogurtland? I've never seen it so filthy and unkept. Went there on Saturday Evening around 6. Driving up, we thought it was closed since some of the inside lights were off, there were no customers in the store and no clerk behind the register. We entered, no one greeted us, trash, food and sticky stuff all over the floor, clerk only appeared after we reached the register. We ate in our car and watched the clerk as he talked on his phone and scoop stray toppings back into their bins on the toppings bar with his bare hand. Then he disappeared to the back and we didn't see anyone the remainder of the time we were in our car. No cleaning, no customer service, sloppy appearance and filthy store. Will go to the Claremont location from now on.

They close at 8pm on Tuesday, not 8:30pm like posted on google.

Inflation has affected everything but come on, $15 for 2 yogurts? And when I swipe my card the first option that comes up is the 18% tip...for what? Getting the cups?, dispensing the yogurt?, putting the toppings on?, processing my own payment?, ....I guess for handing me 2 spoons. Cancel tip culture!

Their yogurt is great. The location is clean and well kept. We went in on Saturday night at 830pm, and the girl behind the register seemed angry we showed up. Their hours on the weekend show open until 9 pm, but they already had many of the lights turned off. Many of the yogurt dispensers were shut down. She was rude and brief at the register. A large crowd of people showed up after us, so she must have been furious. Normally, their help is friendly and gives good service. This person could use some training in customer service.

The service is great, young stuff - always helpful. My only complaint is the outside patio could use some TLC, a little power washing. Not sure if it's the businesses responsibility or the landlord. A little extra pride goes a long way. B

Probably one of the dirtiest yogurt lands I've been to in the area. I've been here 3 times in the last two months and every time I've gone it's dirty. Toppings are everywhere, there's always chocolate or caramel sauce on the counter. when I say toppings everywhere I mean on the floor, all over the counter or even mixed in with each other. I understand when places get messy during rushes but I've always come in and there's no one there but me and one other person. Not trying to say the workers are bad by any means. But it takes a minute out of your shift to wipe down everything and sweep alittle. The service has always been just OK, not friendly but not necessarily rude either. The yogurtland in pomona is always clean and nice, and it's pomona.

So we went on a Saturday around 0730 and they had around 4 or 5 flavors and they taste nothing like it was described, they were melting and tasted like water and sugar. Wouldn’t recommend it .

Went here last night and was severely disappointed. I went around 8:30pm and to my dismay they were closed before 9pm. I checked beforehand on all websites (yelp, safari, maps, etc) when they closed and they all stated 9pm. The door was locked and the 'Open' sign was off, as well as, all the workers I'm assuming standing around and talking. I'm extremely upset with the whole situation. Update your hours if they're different!!!

Rude service. Asked for cheesecake bites since there was little to none, the guy working the counter answered rudely, that since he was the only one working he had no time to prep the cheesecake bites. And didn't care to even offer to replace them at that moment. It wasn't busy, also yogurt didn't even taste good? almost sour? Like it has gone bad or maybe it was the rude service that left a sour taste.

Took my parents and four kids here Sunday night 3/5/23 at 8:00. Website said it was open til 9. Walked in and the worker said we would be the last customer as they were closing. Told him web said 9:00 he said no 8:00. Went to get our yogurt. Another group of people walked in as the doors were still open. He told them they had to leave as they were closed and they were "five minutes late." They asked if he could make an exception as web said 9:00. He said no they had to leave so they all walked out. We paid for our yogurt (spent $40) and sat down for a second. He looked at us and said, "you guys have to leave, that's what I mean by closed." No joke those were his exact words. Myself and my elderly parents got up and walked out the door. Told him he has some life lessons to learn and that he was extremely rude with terrible customer service. He kept repeating that they were closed and it was our fault we showed up late. Walked out and he shut off the lights behind us. The other group that he had just kicked out couldn't believe he had done that. Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. This guy should no longer be working there.
