Lola’s is a Ladera institution for coffee and a delicious fresh breakfast. My only feedback would be more comfortable outdoor decor. Changing from the metal chairs and tables could be a great differentiator.

A free parking lot south of the building.
Service was understandably delayed due to the popularity.
I saw wine and beer but we were there for breakfast.
Overall, it's a nice place with a patio with quality food.
