Amarin Thai Cuisine

The four-course Lunch menu was reasonably priced for the portions that were served and the quality of the food. I felt however that the Thai Papaya Salad was too basic in preparation to justify the additional $5 charge. Nonetheless, my beef Pad Thai was well prepared as the stir-fried noodles had a perfect texture and not too salty. My Vietnamese Iced Coffee was freshly brewed. I want to commend this restaurant's interior decoration as it included South Asian ornaments which really added to its Thai authenticity. The ambiance was quite and relaxed inside and the service was very efficient. The waitress was also helpful in explaining the menu to us as well as offering different levels of spiciness for our food. I highly recommend this restaurant for customers looking for comforting and easily-digestible Asian food charged at a modest price for dine-in.

This was my best Thai dining experience to date. Flavors were clean and bright. IIngredients were of the highest quality and skillfully prepared. The wait staff was courteous. The noise level was low and we had no trouble conversing. (We did visit early on a weekday and the restaurant was not packed.) The prices very reasonable for a high quality dining experience. I will definitely be going back.

Cherry was an excellent server. She even gave my friend a free birthday dessert and sang to him. I'll definitely go back. The whole experience was wonderful.

Having sampled the food recently, I've been trying to get back. Finally did and was pleasantly surprised how well priced the meal was. I thought given the quality it would be much more expensive. So glad it wasn't and look forward to my next meal.

I love the lunch special. One problem I had is. Add tea my order not mine told service she can't take out. I had pay extra. Everything else was fine.

Lovely place with a lot of customers! Paithai is good, but please ask for chili palate! Their peanut sauce is great! More on the sweet side though.

Seafood salad promised scallops, calamari and shrimp. No scallop and calamari probably came from a can. Greens were not fresh. Portion was small.

I got egg fried rice. The rice was too wet, the carrots all uneven pieces as well as too big, the onions were too big, and the chicken was too big and too dry. They smushed the rice together into an upside down bowl shape to serve it and so the grains got crushed together. I don't know how you mess up egg fried rice like this.

This was our most disappointing meal in Lafayette in decades. We paid over $100 for our food. We had a hair in one dish and we ordered the garlic prawns. There were five small shrimp in a pile of vegetables. The restaurant was empty. A two year old cute little girl was walking around behind the counter eating food in her hand. I didn't have a problem, I loved her and talked to her. But it just reflected how badly run the place is. The chef knew we had takeout and realized we wouldn't take the time to call or go back. I have never called a restaurant for takeout issues in my life. I called and gave her feedback. With all the options in Lafayette, we will never order from here again.

Super consistent and delicious!

Recently, they updated the menu and have made significant changes. The new food is spectacular. They really have something special now, and the food is really affordable. Great gluten free options as well
