Came for their mushroom burger which was removed from the menu. I enjoyed my food none the less. Hopefully they put that burger back on the menu.

Seven of us (5 adults, 2 kids) went here for a birthday brunch. Our server was so friendly and good at pacing the ordering and serving of the drinks and food. He was also very kind and friendly to our 2 grandkids. The food was all delicious - best eggs Benedict I have had. He wished our son a happy birthday and brought him a delicious chocolate pudding with whipped cream for dessert along with enough spoons that we could all have a taste. Batch & Brine is one of our favorite restaurants in the Lamorinda area.

Hi prices. Small quantity. Chicken bowl literally has 3-4 small pieces of chicken on a large plate roots and lots of lettuce and carrots. So poor. Steak frites also very small portion of meat.

Restaurant was very crowded/busy. Servers overwhelmed. Drinks didn't come for 25 mins. It was as VERY noisy, my sound alert on my watch kept going off. Food was not hot, fries were soggy. Waiter started waiting tables outside and forgot about us. We had told him no dessert but after waiting 20 mins, we had to go ask for our check. All that said, it was a Saturday night. I've been there for lunch a lot, sitting outside, and it has always been great.

Love this place. Very casual but excellent quality food and great service! They were slammed yesterday, but our waiter handled his multiple guests without an issue. Will return next time in Lafayette. Thanks.

Batch and Brine truly disappointed. The burger was extremely dried out, had no flavor and looked frozen. Thankfully, the staff removed it from the bill. The crispy brussels sprouts we so over seasoned, they were black - very little taste of brussels. The pork slider was dry, dominated by fried onions where it should've featured tasty slaw over shredded pork. Garlic fries came dripping with grease. Ugh. I would've given one star but the wings were good. Overall, though, the food was better quality when they had first opened.

Good service. Chicken sliders were good and well seasoned. Could be a little less fried so more moist. Friend had ahi tuna sandwich and salad; kale salad with salmon... all good.

We had a very solid lunch here outside on the patio with the kids. Burgers and sliders were very solid, good atmosphere, a nice spot for younger ones of dogs outside. We typically do Headlands when the weather’s good, but the food here’s likely a little better, we liked the kids menu and the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed when that’s called for. This spot will definitely make it into the rotation based on our first experience.

First time there. Very enjoyable. Felt like a neighborhood hang out. As we were leaving I noticed an interesting middle aged+ gal in a baseball cap coming in. She wat at the bar, had a drink and chatted with the bartender. She was comfortable and that says a lot. Everyone there watching 49ers lose ☹️. My hubbie had blue cheese burger which was delicious. Nice pile of fries came with it. I had fish tacos and 3 beer flight. Tacos were smothered in pickled onions. The cabbage and white sauce were awol but still pretty good. I am very fussy about restaurants so when I say we'll be back it's a real compliment.
