Food was really good. The sliders, tacos, salad, ahi bowl, and drinks were all delicious. Even the Brussel sprouts were great. The service was pretty slow. It was a Tuesday night, and there were a max of 10 tables with people. There’s no reason it should take 20min for a drink.

First time at Batch & Brine and won't be the last. We stopped in during the Lafayette Wine & Art festival, had excellent service during a busy day. Food was amazing, poke nachos, pretzel, and those Chicken Taquitos are from heaven.

Let me start off by saying that I was super excited to try this establishment, and when I arrived a chain of events happened to where I would not be returning to this establishment. Starting off with the service we walked in gave our name and they kept addressing me with the wrong name, sat us at a table where the bees were attacking the table when mentioned to them their rebuttal was oh yea they’ve been here all day, they had pre poured on the table sitting outside we asked for fresh water considering the fact that it had been sitting she never returned. We were then moved inside due to the bee situation, and we began to order but we had questions due to dietary restrictions she stated she would ask the chef and return, she never returned and proceeded to put the order in. We mentioned our concerns to the owner, she was very dismissive and rude. The food was very mediocre, bland and cold when it came out to the table. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and almost took my bracket off my braces. We asked the host to get our waitress and she stared at us like we were experiments in the zoo (as we were the only African Americans in the establishment at the time). With all of these events that occurred I will not be returning.

Ate here once. Patio was great. Server was attentive and nice. Overall four stars. Liked it enough Tried it again few nights later (weeknight) for dinner. Complete opposite experience. Arrived. Stood at host desk while several people ignored me and spoke to themselves. Stood there for about three minutes while they consulted their iPad. Young pretty woman came in. Male server asked her immediately “how many”. She says she needs to use bathroom. He looks right at me, turns and walks away. The female who I assumed to be the manager asks ” have I been helped. I tell her I’ve been standing there and ignored for a while but the other server asked the y ouch woman who just arrived if she needs help then ignores me. I tell her what happens and that I’ll go someplace else.she says nothing so I leave. I won’t be back as there are alot of options and I actually went next door and had pizza. Hire better help and be attentive

The food is fairly priced, and high quality. The go to spot when we are too tired to cook, and you know you’ll get a great meal. Service has improved lately too.
Food was good but a little dry. Wish there was more gravy. Not too expensive either. The staff was great too! Would probably return now that I know it exists.
I came for boozie brunch and I was SOOO happy she came to Lafayette! Unfortunately, that area isn’t used to that level of fun and people called the cops for no reason at all but I’m glad the establishment allowed us to keep having fun.

This was our first time experiencing Batch & Brine. From the moment we arrived, the experience was 5-star. One of our 5 guests who uses a walker, arrived ahead of the group, and rather than have her wait to be seated, they seated her at a table for 6. My husband and I plan to return very soon! I highly recommend Batch&Brine. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience …see you soon! BTW, the custom-made French 75 was divine!
