Ordered over the phone and did a quick pick up. The restaurant appeared to be clean and they were following appropriate social distance protocols. My boyfriend and I shared a 12" sandwich. We got it with peppers and mushrooms and added extra cheese. The bread was very good and soaked up all the flavor. I wish there were a little bit more meat on the sandwich but overall it was really tasty.

This is not just a cheese steak shop. I recommend trying their Double B which is a bacon cheeseburger. The beef and bacon are really fresh. It is like a beef patty I would make at home.

Wow, this place is truly amazing!! What a far cry from the previous establishment. Omar is the owner. Super-friendly, courteous and offers a delicious menu. We were taken aback by how clean this restaurant is! I mean CLEAN! The portions are extremely generous, this "mom and pop" cheesesteak shop will be our new go-to.

Knocked it out of the park! Was torn between a 6" and a 12" so rolled with 6" and an order of fries. Double whammy! Nailed them both. The 6" Standard was the perfect size and the fries were a great quantity so I wont need to eat for a week. The meat was tender, the american cheese was a gooey compliment. The fries were lightly seasoned and crunchy. Definitely on the list for coming back!

Had the best cheesesteak in a long time here last night. The quality of the beef is top notch and it makes a difference. Omar the owner is a very good guy and it's great to have another small business owner invest in Lamorinda. Pro tip: The 6" is already pretty loaded so get the 12" only if you are sharing or if you have a huge appetite.

02./26/20 - Having lunch at Big O's for the second time and the classic burger was upon again delicious. Service was swift and staff was friendly. I had the classic burger on Monday night and it was delicious. The owner and staff were every friendly. Next time you are in the area and looking for a great burger give them a try. They will not disappoint.
