I tried calling the restaurant tonight because the fajita veggies were perfectly cooked but I couldn’t get through their dumb robot call system to just let the staff know that they are doing a great job. But just know, you guys are doing a great job! ??

Not sure what's going on at this location, but, I was at the Lafayette restaurant a few weeks ago and my rice was crunchy, either under cooked or dried out. Tonight they were out of wraps to make burritos. I kid you not, a burrito restaurant with no burrito Wraps. You can do better Chipotle.

My friends and I are frequent customers at this place and usually have no problems (other than the occasional small portions) with this location. However, today, when my friends and I received our food, one of my friends found SEVERAL pieces of meat in her vegetarian bowl. A few minutes later, my other friend found a hair that was not her own in her bowl. Both of these are serious health concerns. Beware.

hopefully the owner reads these reviews. im a vegetarian, and tonight i got a cheese quesadilla with a side of guac. tonight there was a piece of CARNITAS in the guac. absolutely disgusting and horrific. how did this happen?! obviously it somehow fell into the vat of guacamole, but it was mixed in pretty deep as i didnt see it until it was on my chip. its a vegan item, so they should move the vegan items FAR away from the meat. the employees should be more careful as this is pretty serious, and a health/ contamination issue. ive been going here for many years and will occasionally find a tiny little piece of meat in my quesadillas, probably from employee’s gloves, which is why i always inspect it (shouldn’t have to do that but it’s not a big deal). this was a bigger deal because it was a penny sized chunk of meat burried deep in something supposed to be vegan, pretty gross. ended up throwing my guacamole out.

Well, I did not expect much from Chipotle to be honest, I was sort of forced here because I was in a rush and was the only place during a busy period that did not have a line around.I ordered a carnitas burrito with white rice, black beans, a little cheese and sour cream. It was a little better than what I recall Chipotle being, but then again I was hungry, it was about 3pm and had not had anything to eat all day.I would have given it at least one more star, however the people taking the order were hard to understand and spoke softly and had to repeat a few times what I wanted throughout my order.

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing so many negative ones. I had been going there almost every Thursday night for over a year. I see the same familiar faces, and saw the crew working non-stop and took their job seriously. The portion was always generous, with mine and others, never skimping on the ingredients. Never wrong order. It was shocking for me to read the other reviews on how little food they got and the mistakes. I was even so touched by how hard working the crew were, I added tip every time and I thanked them. I wonder if people don't write good review when they are satisfied because if this place is so bad (1.9 star?), it can't explain why there is always a line during dinner time on Thursdays. All the customers seemed satisfied, I never seen anyone complaining. The crew got the line moving efficiently. Reading the complaints, these customers must not have tried the Thursday dinner crew.Within a year, there may be about 2 times that they ran out of what I wanted. I feel that is an acceptable occurrences.I want to tell the manager that your Thursday evening crew is great. They should be personally congratulated.

this is the worst chipotle location you can ever find. Rice are clumpy and look like 10 days old no flavor in the food long line with no reason of the slow process.ice machine with no ice, the tea can empty, the chips were flourless, and we were taking guacamoleole. It almost sounds like they bring food from other locations left over and served.stay away from this location my absolute experience of chipotle?

I am very disappointed in the Chipotle in Lafayette!I just went there after work this evening and I normally order a Burrito Bowl, but when I asked for a burrito bowl they said they were "out of bowls" yet after I got and paid for a Burrito instead I looked back and saw they replenished the bowls and bowl lids. So that in itself really made me mad! Then I left, turned around and came back into the restaurant because I forgot chips. And I was hoping they'd give me a complementary bag of chips for the bowl issues but they insisted on me paying $2 for a bag of chips. I personally find it ridiculous to run out of bowls and then to not try to please a customer when they are already disappointed for one thing . To some people my feelings might be ridiculous but it was already unacceptable to be out of bowls.

To say I was disappointed is the understatement of the century. As a frequent patron of these fine Mexican Grilles, my passion for their food and culture is unmatched across the board. However, this evening, my experience at this Chipotle restaurant did not live up to my previously good experiences at other locations. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were out of tortillas and when I asked for a fork, all they had were spoons and knives. The employee (very obese) told me to ‘eat it with your hands for all I care…’This is definitely a painful review to write but it was an experience that merited such emotions. Stay Away

We would order from this Chipotle relatively often on our way through but burritos ordered ahead are more often than not an exploded mess in the foil wrapper which is pretty gross to eat. Non-burrito items tend to fare better.Stores like this really ruin the reputation of the brand over all.
