This place used to be called The Coffee Shop, but changed ownership and is now called Lafayette Public House. They still have great coffee, albeit fewer choices of coffee beans. Their menu is decent. There are a few sandwiches, lots of pastries, and a good selection of espresso drinks. I've had their veggie melt sandwich, which was good, but had a lot of mushrooms (not listed on the menu), so ask them to hold the mushrooms if you don't like them. Their cappuccino was...
Cute coffee shop with lots of outdoor and some indoor seating (sonme plugs). There's pastry and food as well as coffee/tea selections.
Parking is free till 10 am (lots of spaces in the morning) and metered parking after 10.
