I rarely order shrimp in restaurants. I find them to be tough and tasteless. But not at El Jarro! The shrimp tacos are tender and very flavorful. Service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional. The tortilla chips are nice and crisp and the guacamole and salsas are great. El Jarro’s prices are very affordable. El Jarro has become a weekly treat. Thembs up!

I am not lying when I say, I honestly think that is the best steak burrito I have ever tasted. It was $14 which is normal nowadays but you can just tell all of the ingredients were of high quality and everything was perfectly cooked/seasoned. The host was also very friendly and was on top of everything. HIGHLY recommend.

This is possibly the most delicious Mexican restaurant i had in a while. I had a steak chilaquiles, and the steak is the best thing on the plate. The service was excellent. The food was hot and quick the guy who helped us was so nice and taking in our order. I would definitely recommend anyone coming here.

We had a great lunch, and everything was delicious. The steak torta was phenomenal , the chiles rellenos super tasty, fresh and authentic. The sopes were quite good as well. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Even the salsa and guacamole (neither heavy or overdone) were outstanding. Not to mention the margaritas.We'll be back!

The food was exceptional – I can't get over the incredible flavors in their enchiladas and the zesty salsa. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and charming decor that created the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. I highly recommend this place for a memorable night out.
The Chile rellenos were excellent. Two for $17. Beans are black and just ok. Rice bland. Chips and salsa very good. $4. Guacamole ok. Hospitality 0. and service just ok. 6pm in December and they insist on leaving doors open hence a cold restaurant.

A friend recommended this place to me, so I stopped in for a couple of burritos to go. Honestly, it was the best burrito I've ever had! We had the veggie burrito, which is like a bean and cheese with all the fixings, and the carnitas burrito. I was a little surprised when my total came to over $25 for two burritos, but after tasting them I have to say it was well worth it. Each burrito came with thin, crispy homemade tortilla chips and salsa. The fillings were evenly distributed and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The owner or manager who waited on me was friendly and helpful. Will most certainly be back for more!!

Sat at outside table on sidewalk to people watch. Had chile relleno and red cheese enchilada a la carte with glass of Sauv Blanc--$21 w tax. Good service and free parking in back. Delicious homemade red salsa made with arbol and japonese peppers. Yummy food. Will be back
