Tried the vanilla boba shake. The boba is basically crunchy, on par with canned boba drinks at the supermarket. They taste like they were cooked and then dehydrated and rehydrated again in the shake itself. The wait time was also wild. About the same time it takes food at a normal restaurant (~10 min) and there were only 2 cars including me.

The Old 70 Year Asian Lady Drive-Thru That Can't Hear Needs To Be Replaced. I Had To Repeat My Order 3 Times, Drive To The Window & Still Had To Repeat My Order 3 More Times Until She Got It. Then She Charged Me An Extra $5 For The New Sourdough Double Burger Combo & When I Asked Her About It She Slammed The Window In My Face on Top of That. Time To Retire Her....
I got lunch today, (Oct 30) and the worker at the drive thru window named Dom, has amazing customer service. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered someone with such high spirits and that is so respectful and kind. Such an amazing worker and definitely deserves a raise! Thank you for your kindness Dom it was very refreshing!

Ordered 4 regular tacos and drinks, for lunch. When we got home there was hardly any filling, no tomatoes, mostly lettuce , with maybe a TBS. of filling. I used to say that Jack's tacos was better than Taco Bell, but no more. Someone needs to learn how to make tacos.
