I went through the drive-through ordered my food. I said no sauce curly fries, Dr Pepper light ice I get home there’s sauce on my burger. I have cold regular fries and a cup full of ice. I tried to call and complain and no one picked up. The phone is out. I called about 20 more times and they either disconnected the phone or they’re not answering it. Nor can you leave a voicemail because their voicemail is full

My card was reported stolen, and I've seen it used at this location multiple times. Ive tried calling them, during the morning, the middle of the day, and at night and they NEVER answer my phone. Someone is buying food at this location with my stolen credit card info

It's Jack. Do you go there for fine dining, no. But as Jacks go, it is really great. The staff remember my kids since grade school and now ask about how college is going.

Worst food ever. Cold burgers, fries and stale taco shells. What is happening Lafayette?? This is not how it used to be. Passing through from the airport, and was really looking forward to the meal. So disappointed.

Tried the vanilla boba shake. The boba is basically crunchy, on par with canned boba drinks at the supermarket. They taste like they were cooked and then dehydrated and rehydrated again in the shake itself. The wait time was also wild. About the same time it takes food at a normal restaurant (~10 min) and there were only 2 cars including me.
