I was looking to find someone in my area who could make a custom cake for my daughter's birthday. I reached out to Jaleh and she was willing to help. I sent her pictures of what I was looking for and she said no problem and I prepaid for the cake. I picked the cake up on the day I requested at her home and the cake looked great. The problem is when we went to eat the cake it was super, super low sugar and the butter cream honestly tasted like butter. My daughter was bummed out and we barely ate 1/4 of the cake. I reached out to Jaleh to see if maybe the sugar had been forgot and she responded that she didn't make sweet American cakes. Also told me that it's my responsibility to tell the baker the sweetness level I want in a cake or they make it how they like it. If this is your style of cake you make be happy and I now will make sure I do my full research before I order another cake from anyone else.

Very responsive! The cake was delicious! My wife and I really enjoyed the pavlova. It took me a while to find someone to make that cake and Jaleh was very helpful, she made the cake in short amount of time and was excellent on letting me know when to pick it up and special instructions. Will definitely buy more cakes from her :)

Jaleh herself is such a professional and so wonderful to work with. She's very responsive and so easy going. The cake looked beautiful with the Persian Typography and modern at the same time! And it tasted delicious with the saffron rose filling and baklava cake! I definitely recommend this bakery and will be ordering from her again!
