The best donut shop!!! Sweetest customer service. It’s a classic!! I just ordered 400 donut holes for an event. They were so thankful and excited about my event. It was a great value. Highly recommended!!

Really our favorite place for doughnuts! Ownership is still great although we miss auntie and uncle before.

My son turned 6 while we were on vacation and a family member bought him a donut cake to celebrate, which was a new (and delightful) to us experience. A week later back home, we hosted a birthday party for him and his friends and also wanted to celebrate with a donut cake. We love Johnny's Donuts and contacted Kim to ask if they were able to do this special order which she was excited to do in spite of the fact that they had never made one before and was willing to try it out. Apparently you need special machinery to make them but we appreciated that they took on the challenge and freehanded the design!! Kim called the day before the scheduled pickup to confirm. Upon pickup, they even gifted the bday boy with his own donut and was just a delight to work with. We are loyal fans, and will be ordering donut cakes again in the future!!

Johnny's Donuts is a charming, quaint donut shop that consistently delivers amazing treats. The maple, sugar, glazed, and cinnamon roll donuts are classics—always fresh, fluffy, and satisfying. Pair one with a hot coffee and you've got the perfect way to kick off a lazy Sunday morning. The donut holes are great too!

Just a heads-up: it’s best to get there earlier in the morning, as they can sell out of the best donuts pretty quickly (a sign of how good they are!). Prices are very fair, especially for the area.

Whether you're a donut lover or just looking for a cozy spot to grab a sweet bite, Johnny's Donuts is a must-visit.

I'm so glad I finally tried Johnny's Donuts, which is now my new favorite donut shop in Contra Costa County! I went in around 10am on a Thursday with two people ahead of me in line. There was a good selection of donuts with everything I was hoping for, plus a surprise of seeing they had Ube donuts (5/5)! I LOVE Ube so I had to get one.

All the donuts were fresh. I also bought a chocolate glazed (5/5), vegan chocolate sprinkles (5/5), and gave my parter a maple bar, which he enjoyed. The owner was so nice and even gave me three free donut holes with my order.

I needed to make the $10 minimum to use my credit card so I also got a Vietnamese coffee (4/5), which was strong and tasty. I sat at one of their booths to enjoy my coffee and Ube donut, and enjoyed the old school, nostalgic atmosphere. I look forward to coming back to try more of their donuts!
