Mangia Ristorante Pizzeria

This is a family oriented restaurant and can be noisy when one of the little league teams come in for a post-game pizza. Mangia calls itself a "pizzeria" but has many other good Italian foods on the menu, besides pizza. We had the lasagna primavera and minestrone soup which were very good, and the risotto which was average. I like the pasta and my partner likes the salad here. That's right, we have not tried the pizza, but to our defense, they have a big entree and pasta menu for you to discover. I think the food is really tasty and affordable.

Back again in late April 2021 and --hard to believe but true-- it's even better. All pizzas fantastic, lots of take-out, but why not enjoy the food, the staff, the setting, and friends in person?Yes, the take-out veal, chicken or eggplant parmigiana would be OK reheated.. but the al dente zucchini would be nothing like the ecstacy on the spot, fresh from the kitchen, NOT by way of a steam table or microwave.Go to celebrate something, but it will FEEL like a celebration regardless.In...read full review
