Went through drive-thru and was asked to wait at spot #1 for my food. I sat there for 20 minutes until someone came out and handed me my bag. Didn't apologize for the wait, and my quarter-pounder had 2 bottom buns. That was a first.

This use to be my favorite McDonaldās a few months ago but I believe they got new staff and they keep getting everyoneās orders wrong and handing people wrong orders.

I go here all the time and my order gets skipped constantly. I donāt understand. I see the tag for my order gets put on the rack and it gets overlooked. Staff will straight up ignore me. Iām not going here anymore such a huge waste of my time.

This is gonna be the first McDonald's in the area that goes fully robotic. They will mess up your order multiple times and not put in food you paid for or intentionally give you the wrong sized cup. The service here is horrible

It's a McDonald's so what can you say? The people are good but they are 100% commited to not having humans at the counter- kiosk or order ahead. What remains odd is that they still have parking spots blocked years after the dining room was reopened. This means issues even when its not that busy.
as someone who has issues gaining weight I can tell you for a fact that this is the best McDonald's in California the only McDonald's that I went to that even came close was in York,UK

Overall, itās a McDonaldās thatās relatively clean. Has a decent child center. Canāt complain about the food however one of the shift supervisors that works there a shorter middle-age lady seems like she is very rude. Very condescending not very friendly and quite honesty. Seems kind of racist and seems to only be very kind tonon-ethnic people and even though sheās Latin herself, but seems like when she talks to Indian Asian African-American sheās extremely rude even talking to other Latins but when sheās talking to white people, sheās very friendly.

The service is NOT good here. The five star reviews saying the service is good are completely fake. Thereās always a mob in front of the register and they might lose your order completely making you wait 30+ minutes. Obviously terrible management and thereās a review of an employee pooping without washing their hands caught by a customer. Children were sitting in the counter where they serve the food. Takes way too long for a fast food place with low quality food to begin with and disgusting hands handling the food. The fries were soggy and floppy so thereās literally no point eating here. Not coming back.
