Asked for no bacon and it still ended up on the sandwich. Refund could not be resolved over the phone.

Walked in early morning to just grab a bagel and schmear. I'm going to assume the young woman behind the counter. Making the sandwiches did not wipe off her knife. Because all I got was a plain bagel and strawberry cream cheese. But yet, I tasted onions and chive in my bagel that day. I also picked up a chocolate chip cookie. And the cookie was hard as rocks.

Okay so my husband's been begging me to bring him home a bagel. He's handicapped and can't get out and I told him if he'd tell me what he wanted I would get him. His bagel. Went in this morning got in line where we've always stood only to see a longer line to my left. I thought those were the people who had ordered were waiting for their order and needed to pay. No, it turns out they've changed where the lines line up. They ignore the people waiting over where we thought we were supposed to wait and by the time someone was kind enough to share this with me, everybody was ignoring me and that includes the staff. The line was over a dozen people deep. I don't know how businesses expect to retain customers when it takes you over an hour to get a bagel? Which is what people in line were telling me. I couldn't wait. I can't leave my husband alone that long I walked out
And for the record, I want to say that I don't think it's the staff's fault. There were only two people on duty this morning and they were racing around like chickens but the bottom line is there weren't enough of them and the signage for where you do what was all wrong

Food is great as always. But it's ridiculous they won't pick up the phones and it took almost an hour to recieve my bagel. I won't order delivery again. Go there when you have time to wait and it's fine. But it's just ridiculous if youre in a rush before work. The coffee was cold. Cold bagels. Only recieved one hashbrown and ordered 2.

Noah’s what happened? Where’s the rock music? The cool teens that worked here? The awesome managers ? What happened to the old design of the place that made it so cool and a fun place to hang out at ?…. I miss pre COVID Noah’s bagels, what a bummer… just feels like every other generic place now…

Have gone back and will probably continue to come back. Bagels are good but they give out your food and drinks not at the same time. It's not a long wait, but it will feel like it when you're waiting on your drink. Inside is a bit scuffed, could use a deeper clean.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very narrow walkways inside. Could struggle to get a thicker chair through if there is a lot of people.

The staff are rude. They’ve gotten my order wrong the last four times I’ve come here. The one in Walnut Creek is better.

The food here was fine, absolutely no complaints, but the service and location itself was terrible! They seem understaffed and poorly managed at this location, I mean it shouldn’t take 45 minutes for an online order, or 3 for an in person. The inside is also kind of barren at this point and somewhat dirty, even in early morning when it should be cleaner than right before close…
I’d recommend going supporting a different local place for bagels or breakfasts.

Okay bagels. The last time I was there, they charged me for cream cheese, but did not put it in the bag, so I never received it. The cashier should have been more careful.

We tried to order fresh brewed coffee at 1:30 pm. They told us they close coffee 20 minutes before closing, at 1:40 pm, but no coffee. We tried to order fresh brewed coffee again on another day at 1:15 pm, but they told us coffee service is closed again.

The people of Lafayette have the good sense to support an ordinary bagel shop and I benefited from it. No $5 bagels. No waiting on the sidewalk. Lots of parking.

I am no longer a Boichik Robot, waiting and waiting for a $5 bagel. Freedom is mine!!!

We had our order placed for 2 sandwiches and we got half dozen of bagels, after 20 minutes of waiting to find out that the first sandwich we ordered was not registered, had no problem as far as I wasn't charged even if means to wait another 10-15 minutes but the surprise came when I was informed that they are out of my favourite bagel, secret frustration after waiting a lot, I feel bad for these ones who made the sandwich because they work very hard and were polite but the one who takes the orders needs to focus on customers requests. Too bad to have a Sunday morning spoiled like this instead of enjoying a relaxing and stress free day. I paid for the second sandwich providing my own bagel... ridiculous...

Mediocre at best. Bagel was kinda stale, eggs were rubbery and gross. I'll go to house of bagels in walnut creek next time. They are 10x better. At least the eggs don't look and taste like plastic there.
