I entered the location because I generally like thus Noah's but on a Friday at 11 , the line was backed up, staff was absolutely not in any hurry to help customers so I just turned around and walked out. After all, it's just a bagel! If they don't need nor want my patronage, I have no problem obliging them.

I love this place.The only problem is COFFEE , is always cold. One person can only manage the self service coffee service table. Keep the cream filled and coffee fresh and hot.And then it will be perfect.

This place needs help!!! Every time I go in… there is absolutely no efficiency… they need help. New management ?? Some proper training??? Once I waited 40 minutes for a bagel and it was the wrong order. They have one person making the bagels. They should have an assembly line set up, they are like chickens with their heads cut off.

Mediocre at best. Bagel was kinda stale, eggs were rubbery and gross. I'll go to house of bagels in walnut creek next time. They are 10x better. At least the eggs don't look and taste like plastic there.

Was recently in Noah's NY Bagels in Lafayette and had the greatest service there from Allen. I had three Baker Dozen orders to give to three different businesses and Allen was so helpful, and happy to go the extra mile.. He got the three different orders together perfectly.. Top notch customer service! Allen is a standout and Noah's is lucky to have him.

2nd review after a month from first reviewHard to believe but service is even worse 11/16 at. 10:40 AM. Ordered two bagels with a plan smear. I had to repeat my order 3 times so the guy could enter it correctly. Still super slow in making the bagels. Need a manager on site or something to get these snails moving. Three people behind the counter and they keep getting in each other's way. What a joke!!! This place has gone way downhill!!

Havent been here in a few years since me moved out of town. Came back to a great Bagel but horrible service. The 3 young girls working there were bored and not very friendly. Most people can get past that for a good food. I truely think its the same everywhere. Im thinking its time to hire 50+ year olds that were thought how to be friendly and say thank you!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. CALLED TO PUT IN A SPECIAL ORDER FOR PICKUP TO SERVE AT A FUNERAL AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE ORDER. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The time on our receipt read 12:42. We got our food at 1:24. It was a simple order of 3 sandwiches. In those 42 minutes I had the chance to observe the ineptitude of this business. I saw 8 different employees, 1 takes the orders, 1 works the register, 2 watch the screen and craft the orders. The other 4 employees just seem to walk from place to place without doing anything...back to the front to the back again. From what I can tell the owner monitors reviews, but it seems to be nearly the same response for the last year to the multiple 1 star reviews asking folks to go online and submit another response. After such a poor experience do you really expect customers to spend another 10 minutes of their time filling out some online form? If you haven't figured out your issues by now you might want to consider another line of work.

Their app is the worst! And such bad costumer service in Lafayette branch!I ordered 4 dozens bagels and shmear, I couldn't choose the bagels type on the app but they write in the description what you are getting so I was okay with that. After completing the order there's no confirmation email.We arrived 20 minutes after the pick up time I choose, and the order wasn't ready(!!!) because the staff said I didn't choose which bagels type I want! So disappointed I was late in another 15 minutes because of them.

This location is constantly out of bagels. If bagels is your business, wouldn't you make sure you can handle having your product in stock? The workers, especially this girl with long blonde hair was rude and had an attitude. I order for pickup mostly and the bagels are never ready in 15min. I'm not sure if there was a change in ownership, but the customer service sucks. I hope they get their act together soon. No one should have to wait 30-60min for a bagel sandwich.

I've been coming to Noah's for as long as I can remember (long before they were in Lafayette). In recent years the service has declined considerably. Today is one of many times when the wait time was ridiculous. I placed an online order for 2 bagels with shear ( pretty easy I'd think!?!). I got the auto reply saying it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. My order didn't come out for 36 minutes!! If they are unable to handle the volume maybe don't take online or don't take door dash....waiting so long is crazy! Wish I could say this was an isolated incident but last time I had almost the same issue.
