M husband, and I both agree, this is the best traditional Mexican food around. But elevated. We've had multiple items on the menu and every single one of them is fantastic! Just wish they'd open a location down in Danville. 😁
When we entered the restaurant it definitely had the "locals" feeling, which we like. The menu offered a nice variety of choices, and the portions were generous (ŵe both left with boxes). Happily the food was very good. Our server was excellent, which enhanced the overall experience. It was loud when he spoke his name - we think he said Wesley. Went there after a couple of years. One of the best outdoor patio in the area. It was a Taco Tuesday so tacos were $5each versus 3 for $22. Great service with beers, tacos and churros. Free chips and salsa. Don't waste $3 for the extra hot salsa. Not worth it. Surprised that it wasn't busier, but the menu prices are on the higher side. They may want to consider more lunch specials.
