I was able to place my order closer to closing than anyone working in food services would have preferred- i called it in, the woman on the phone was more than happy to place the order for me and my fam..and food was ready promptly without any slack from staff when I p/u our food- it was delish, as always! ..(highly recommend the Brussel sprouts js)

Only reason it’s 4 stars is because I find roams rewards system to be a joke. They clearly spent a pretty penny on the website but the rate at which you receive rewards gives you little incentive to return. Having randomized “puzzle pieces” is just annoying. Should be a points system if they actually want to incentive repeat customers.

I was pretty letdown concerning how expensive the food the burgers and the fries were at this place. The food was as mediocre at best and did not justify the price tag service was nice though and people are friendly enough and decent atmosphere location.

They have great fun sodas they make in house. The service and atmosphere are top notch . Been going here a ton lately. They also have great gluten free buns!!!

This is honestly one of my favorite restaurants to go to in the whole east bay. It’s so good every single time and has never disappointed me. It’s my ideal burger place and I always leave so happy and looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend! I love getting a classic burger, Meyer lemon soda, and fry-fecta!

Sunny side was truly an excellent burger. Medium rare cooked correctly, which is so uncommon these days. Excellent quality beef, bun, and dressings. Really exceptional!
