The hotel is beautiful, tasteful, welcoming, restful to use just a few adjectives. The place shines w cleanliness as did our room. Very convenient restaurant, efficient gym and nice pool and jacuzzi. Daily coffee service was consistent and set up beautifully. Fresh apples enticed one to the front desk where the attendant was so welcoming. Beautiful flowers in the lobby.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms very spacious. Highly recommend. Request a room away from the front of the hotel is you're a light sleeper.

Various family members stay here when visiting local family, often over the holidays. The property is beautiful, the pool and hot tub are available all year and lovely features. Happy the restaurant is back in full service- was largely curtailed during the peak of Covid. Always enjoy our stay here.

Lafayette Park is a great place to stay. Our room was excellent, great view of the garden, very clean and well appointed. The internet worked great and TV program was top notch. The Park is nearby to downtown and great shopping available within a 5 minute drive.

Perfect location, rooms are absolutely lovely, the courtyard is wonderful to meet people during the pandemic, and the staff are just incredibly kind and professional. The only place I will ever stay in the East Bay! Side note: the beds are so comfortable!

Very accommodating for a family of 5! Room was big with easy access to fitness room, pool, hot tub and sauna. Onsite restaurant is great for both dine-in and room service. Free coffee in the lobby every morning. Classical decor is very comforting. Porte Cochere makes it easy to load and unload in inclement weather. Would definitely stay again!

I’m originally from the Bay Area. My mother and sister live near by but cannot accommodate extra guests. My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. It was festive, cozy, quality and convenient. The room was comfortable. The staff were helpful. It was great.

Stayed 5 days. No room service. Never answered the phone. One of our meals was atrocious and even the mgr. agreed. But the food was generally ok. Wait staff was terrific! Awesome. But you could tell they were short staffed. If you stay in the hotel always make a reservation for meals. You’re not special! There is NO info in the rooms for dining In Room, amenities, including the spa and fitness place. No info in the room at all. This was just bad for a hotel like this.

My wife Carol and I stayed to at Lafayette Park Hotel from December 21, 2022 to December 23, 2022 to celebrated a milestone birthday for her. We have been frequent guests there over the years., but this stay was truly special. The staff was exceptionally kind throughout our stay, highlighted by a surprise in-room dinner on the night of our arrival. Kudos to everyone on staff! John Larimore Pleasant Hill

I booked a 2 bed room for a girls' spa getaway. We were quite COVID-conscious, and felt very comfortable in the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, and since we were on the 4th floor, the vaulted ceilings made the room seem quite grand. The room service was delicious and presentation beautiful (highly recommend the CA avocado toast!). The spa was small but the massage therapists were great. The pool area is smaller than the pictures make it look, and the pool chairs were pretty full, but overall it was still relaxing and in a beautiful setting. The location is pretty close to the highway which made it easy to get around. The garage has a pretty steep incline at the entrance, and the spaces are small in general, but it was nice to have covered parking. The hotel was not crowded, and overall, I'm glad I booked this adorable hotel. It was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Oakland/SF, while being more spacious and private.

Returned yesterday 29/08/22. Superb Hotel Lovely immaculate room (251). All the amenities you could wish for. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Sharon Ballock, thank you. The pool is great. Restaurant and bar lovely. A really lovely hotel in a safe and beautiful area.

Best service my husband is disabled the employees are the best.!!! I don’t know what else to say except book this hotel you won’t be sorry it should have 5 stars. Food was great too. Next time I want to stay longer to try the spa but we had to catch a plane back home.

Hotel was great. Easy walk to Starbucks, 7 eleven and several fast food restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Very quiet location. Courtyard was so nice to sit in at night. Pool area and exercise room were very nice. Will stay here again

Love this place! Always feels so welcoming and comfortable. Sleep so good. Staff is always friendly in every place you go - outside, inside, restaurant etc. Lafayette is also a charming little town. Many great places to eat and stroll around.
