AWFUL experience here. Ordered with the app using a free sub coupon. The sub was made incorrectly, with missing and incorrect ingredients. The owner asked if I was a regular, because I should only use my free sub coupon at my “regular” Subway.

I ordered a bmt toasted and he barely put any ham on it, the lettuce was brown so I skipped that. The onions were pink so they’re not fresh. It was absolutely terrible. I won’t be back. I expect better in Lafayette!

I see why this place had such bad reviews. The guy added a line item of cheese to my bill, but I didn’t ask to add cheese. And the outlaw is supposed to come with cheese. Also, I feel like he was messing with me when I asked for spinach. Like he would literally put 3 or 4 leaves of spinach. When I would ask for more, again , the smallest amount possible. It was the weirdest thing. Avoid this subway at all costs. Probably the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Surprised this is the quality we get in Lafayette.

This place is hilariously bad. Terrible portions, terrible quality, really terrible service by people that clearly don't want to be there. Be prepared to just be ignored or stared at and watch as they make your sandwich is the absolutely slowest worst way possible. I'm happy to see so many terrible reviews because this franchise locations needs to leave for a better business or owner that cares.
