Each time I go here they make something wrong. Every single time. It is so disappointing.I ordered a pizza and got a wrap.And the last time I called to complain they got order wrong. I got a long lecture from the manager or owner of whoever answered the call. He mentioned that I should check my order before I left. Didn’t apologize or try to make up for their mistakes. And it was their mistake.So I won’t be coming to this store anymore.Just so aggravating and annoying.Terrible customer service.

Practically nothing put between two pieces of dried crumbly bread. Spoke to franchise owner and she would not do anything to make it better. She did not even apologize for selling an inferior product. I complained to the Subway corporate office. They offered no remedy to the situation. This store does not care about it’s customers.STAY AWAY!!!!

Worse help and service.. everything the customers complain about is real. The guy making our sandwich looked so annoyed and did a half job and wrapped it sloppy. The cookies are always so good at Subway and these tasting like old. They were cheap and rude and not going into the reasons but never coming to this subway again.

STAY AWAY! The employees are rude and the manager Brad just defends them and calls them idiots when you try to complain about their bad behavior. They also have the right to refuse to use coupons according to Brad. It's worth just going to the Subway in Walnut Creek, you'll actually be respected there.

This place is so terrible it's kind of comical. The guy serving me was on his phone the entire time and didn't know how to make my sandwich so I had to read the ingredients out to him. They also ran out of a few ingredients and he was swatting flies away from everything.

Got to the register and the woman argued for 5 minutes that no coupons could be used in store.THE COUPONS LITERALLY SAID SCAN IN STORE!Then we asked to just pay for the items and the woman started scanning the coupons.Once we clarified they could be used she mixed up all the orders so we could only use one instead of 3.I don’t go to subway often because it’s overpriced for the quality but didn’t mind paying $8.99 for a meal.Out the door $18 for a mediocre sandwich, small drink and a bag of chips.I have had many issues in the past at this location and this experience is just icing on the cake.

Worst Subway ever. Do not eat here at all. We used a coupon and they told us we can only get certain sandwich. Then we wanted to use another coupon for a free cookie with a purchase. They said only one coupon per day per person. We had five people with us and said somebody else in our Group would make the purchase. They called the manager to get approval and put her on the phone. She said no we couldn't use that coupon. While we were eating, we saw a cockroach and My niece screamed, and the lady at the counter laughed and said it was the restaurant pet and that was their subway mascot. Never going here again.

This place is actively setting the table for a different sandwich shop to come in and make a killing. Bizarre customer service. And nobody seems to commit to the idea of changing gloves and washing your hands. Twice I've seen the person making a sandwich, HANDLE THE REGISTER, and go back to a new customer sandwich, with THE SAME GLOVES.
