I had a wonderful and vibrant dinning experience here with my friends & family. The portion size is amazingly good and the service is marvelous. I ordered Amristari Fish and their Fish Tikka Masala which was mouthwatering and the food quantity was ample for more then one person.Their staff is so efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this to anyone who is planning to taste authentic Indian food with a small/large group.
I ordered a fish curry with a bowl of white rice and they gave me 4 pieces of nugget sized fish for $26.94, such a rip off! I regret ever coming here.

This is our favorite Indian food restaurant in the area. We eat in the restaurant and also regularly order food on door dash, it is always excellent. We love the Vegetable Korma, Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan and Vegetable Samosas. Make sure you order rice to go with your meal since entrees do not come with it. They do allow you to pay corkage and bring your own wine which is nice if you have something to go with spicy food. I have found that “hot” dishes have the perfect kick for us and their tamarind and mint chutney sauces are delicious. The parking lot is small, but I usually find spaces across the street. The ingredients here seem very fresh, especially the produce. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a new Indian food spot.

I've yet to eat in the restaurant, but the take-out dishes are excellent (and delivered so quickly that they're still hot!). The blend of spices is very well-balanced, and I really can't decide if I prefer the butter chicken or the veggie korma -- both are robust without overpowering. Delicious! The basmati rice is done just the way I like it (not sticky) and it holds the sauces so well. I like a doughy naan (with pockets of crisp), and Swad perfectly delivers on that too. I don't know that I've ever had better Indian take-out.

Delicious food! The meat samosas were tasty, the naan was delicious, as well as the other main dishes. Tried goat for the first time and it was tender. I’d definitely come back again!
I called in for a takeout order by mistake - was trying to reach a similarly named restaurant in San Jose. It was the first result that came up on Google. I asked about location - didn't get a response so asked if they were located by the park. Was told it was which might be fair. I was forced to give cc info before picking up the order without being told a total amount and was charged for the full order.My mistake, but good service would have saved both the restraunt and me time and money

This is my go-to Indian restaurant. I've always had delicious meals here (I've tried many different items on the menu) and the waitstaff is so friendly. I cannot wait to come in for lunch and try their buffet. Variety is the spice of life as they say.
