This is a great self-serve style place with a decent variety of flavors and a great selection of toppings!

We went this afternoon for a break from the gloomy weather, and it was delicious! Five stars for the excellent person working behind the counter, the variety of flavors (including a no sugar added flavor for the person in our group who couldn't eat sugar), and how clean it is with places to sit.

We took granddaughters for an after school treat. Clean, bright. Great choice of flavors and SO many good toppings. We sat in front looking out on a sunny blue sky. Highly recommend.

Good place to get frozen yogurt! Cool beach themed room with tons of flavors and toppings inside. Employees were always there to help!

Screaming kids and impolite guests pack this place. Honestly, it shouldn't be in business but somehow people decide a cup of bitter, poorly flavored frozen yogurt is worth 7 dollars. Don't mention the headache from people who cant even give you some personal space selecting your toppings.

It's probably the best frozen yogurt place I have literally ever tried. Similar pricing to Yogurtland, Menchies, and Berry Delight, but much better in flavor and creaminess, when comparing signature tart flavor, my personal favorite and go-to flavor for all froyo places. Also much cheaper than Pinkberry and on the same quality tier. It's 68 cents per ounce. Also the nearest Pinkberry is like an hour away. I usually just get tart with mochi and maybe strawberries. The place is clean and nice, and the people are friendly. They play good music. Well I am a Swiftie so perhaps I'm biased since I usually hear Taylor Swift playing here. I think many of the employees are local high schoolers from Acalanes, Campolindo, Miramonte, etc.I didn't bother trying it until I started attending Saint Mary's College and trying this location despite living very close to their original Danville location for over a decade. I highly recommend this place over any other frozen yogurt places in the area, and perhaps even in the world, as far as I know! It's the perfect summer treat! Signature tart has to be my favorite flavor but the dole whip is good too. I have not tried their other flavors since I generally don't like sweet flavors that aren't sour which are typically ice cream flavors (such as vanilla or chocolate) as froyo but I have heard they are good too!

Yougurt Shack has a variety of tasty options, including a few gluten free. There's a Dole Pineapple (yes, like Disneyland) and lots of toppings. The staff was friendly. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating plus high chairs if needed. Great location with lots of other food and shopping nearby.

Love the decor and it's in a nice shopping center. The flavours are always delicious and there's plenty topping choices. My favourite flavour is the Dole Whip which I thought you could only get at Disney/Universal which is very exciting. The staff are always friendly and it's always clean. As far as Yogurt stores go it's not my first choice as it is a lot more expensive than the other choices in the area.

Yogurt Shack might be one of my favorite frozen yogurt joints in the Bay Area for its consistently creamy self-serve frozen yogurt. My favorite flavor here by far is Caribbean Coffee, which had a light, airy, fluffy texture and a nice coffee flavor. The Cookies N Cream was another hit, as was the refreshing Signature Tart. The toppings bar was plentiful as well, with a wide selection of nuts, crushed cookies, fruit, and sauces. The service here was friendly and the prices fair, though the draw for me was simply the amazing frozen yogurt!

It's one of our family's favorite places to eat frozen yogurt, but the inside could have a little improvement.

I'm confused by the costumer service, I got hit by the heavy swinging door on the head, and I asked the employee if she had ice. She had no compassion or concern that I was injured. She said to go to peets, ok, I get it if you don't have ice but you can at least act like you care? Instead I received a rude attitude, and there weren't any costumers at all in the entire establishment. So I think should be an update on how you train the employees on costumer service and demonstrating basic humanity to other people.
