We LOVE 230 Forest Ave! The Parker House rolls and bacon wrapped dates are terrific appetizers and the scallop entre was a great second act! Service was attentive and it was a beautiful evening to dine outdoors (where it was less noisy).

Usually great but last night had problems. Inattentive service and undercooked 2 pork chops and sent them back to fix. However, crusted halibut was perfect! Been here other times and all was perfect. It was very crowded for hospitality night so maybe that overwhelmed them.

Really good high quality seafood in a great location. The Scallops with Risotto was truly special. Enjoyed the fisherman’s chowder and Salmon salad as well.

We got there just in time to enjoy a glass of wine with the discount for ordering before 5:30. Server did not push us to order quickly, we enjoyed the wine, ordered and in a reasonable time enjoyed our meals. Server was attentive, checked on us often and cleared the plates in a quick manner. Overall, evening went very well
