Ok, hold me back . I could have the bread with the fresh pesto sauce Every day . It's a nice way to start and set the stage for a wonderful dinner : a basic salad with lettuce tomatoes maybe cucumbers But soooo fresh . the star of the evening was the cioppino . We had every drop , if I'd had an extra stomach, we would have had more . I love everything on their menu . No regret on our choices but the pasta and neighboring tables were beyond tempting . Another few months...
Alessa's never disappoints! It's my favorite place to bring visiting guests for location, ambiance and service! The food and drinks were (as usual) wonderful! We tried a few of the specials as well as staples like Cacio e pepe and all we're very happy! Many thanks to Luis and the gals at the hosting desk :)
Absolutely love dining here! It feels like you're in Italy, especially getting g a table side near outdoors or eating on patio. The inside can get a bit stuffy. But, this is Laguna Beach, after all! We've been dining here for years and always consistent in their traditional recipes as they are from family recipes The staff and servers are excellent. Always very attentive. The cioppino is my all-time favorite. The best broth I've ever had.
