If they don't know you they won't help you. Stood there for 5 minutes and they only came out from the back to help when they recognized someone.

Speaking of just the juice bar, they put SO MUCH ginger in my drink, it stopped me in my tracks and burned my eyes and nose til they were running, had to get another pre made drink to balance it out. Unless it's your first day, how is this "mistake" possible?? It's A LOT of ginger! Never again.

I with my husband came around 6 pm and we tried to ask a woman who work there about latte options because we didn't see any coffee on the menu. English is my second language and probably I didn't speak some words correctly but still, I asked only about the latte. A woman several times reasked us with rolling eyes ?, was mean and not friendly. By the way, coffee was disgusting ?

WiFi good. Coffee expensive, but take into consideration it's more sophisticated than Starbucks.

Very slow service at the goodie counter... actually they forgot my order completely, but I was cool about even though I was late for my appointment.
This mini-wanna-be Whole Foods falls short on so many levels. It is way too congested and the selection is paltry. Most assuredly, it is assumed to be clean but it comes across as falling sort on that front. Selection is very limited. We compared this to a full-sized Whole Foods and we felt it fell far short of what it should have been. This store really, really needs more space. In the past, we've appreciated that there was, in fact, a Whole Foods here in the "beach" but since then, we find better options at the bigger Ralphs and Pavilions and Gelsons in the area. Whole Foods really needs to find a decently sized store space and set up shop there. This is way too undersized. We won't waste our time here again.

Tight quarters at check out. It's like playing bumper cars to pay and leave. But, well stocked outlet including a sandwich deli. Stopping here is a must whenever we are in Laguna Beach.

I was SO excited when I saw their pre-made salmon salads ( salmon atop a bed of greens with parm, etc) DAmn.... they oversalted the salmon and put so much damn seasoning on it that you can't even taste the salmon.. It just pisses me off. Not a very large store, hence, less choices. and VERY Expensive. No bueno.. and don't buy the premade salads.... just waaaaay waaaaay too salty.
Love ❤️
