Better Buzz Coffee Laguna Beach

This Better Buzz is super friendly, Bat and Jackie made you feel welcome and made us laugh. I have been to other locations and they are nice and professional but Laguna Beach is definitely a place I would come back again.

This Better Buzz Cafe is awesome!! Taryn provided the best customer service even after my coffee took a spill shortly after being seated. Thank you all in Laguna Beach!!

Absolutely loved this place! The pastries were fresh and delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the view of the Laguna Beach coastline made the whole experience even better. Perfect spot to relax, enjoy great coffee, and take in the ocean view. Definitely coming back!

Food isn’t up to par when you compare to Starbucks. Muffins are a little dry and uninspiring. For example, the blueberry muffin had four blueberries in it.
The breakfast sandwich seems to be something that was made a few days ago and frozen and then reheated.
The coffee is still good though.

One of the things that I would highly recommend for the management is to have the software system remember your most common orders for the people that have their phone number on file in the computer system.
Because most of the time we always order the same drinks and sometimes they’re a little more complicated than just a simple best drink ever.
That would save some time ordering.

Hands down best Better Buzz location! I was unsure what to order and Jackie’s customer service and knowledge was exceptional and she made sure my coffee was to my liking. I even overheard another customer say “This is the best coffee I ever got”. Dominika’s hospitality when walking in was also very much appreciated! Can’t beat the beach front views either while enjoying your morning coffee. 10/10 would recommend over any other coffee shop in the area.

Came to the beach for dinner with some friends and saw betterbuzz opened!! Team was so nice and the store is so clean.

Good to know my favorite drink -cinnamon cream cold brew will be there when I come down to Laguna!

Not sure when this one open, but I was glad to see it. I saw that they had peppermint seasonal drinks, which I was excited to try.

I asked about the seasonal drinks, and the cashier wasn't very helpful. Or she didn't have a lot to add about each of the drinks. She told me the white peppermint latte was pretty much the same as the best candy cane drink. Anyway, I ended up with the best candy, cane drink, which she told me it was basically an Americana and I got it last week.

The store is decorated very cute. I enjoyed my drink as well.
