My coworker & I stop for coffee everyday at Equator and have yet to have a negative experience. Always very thoughtful, hospitable, & hardworking staff. My coworker has had many of their food items and they always slap no matter what he gets. He was almost moved to tears today by the flavors of the breakfast sandwich. Thanks for a great experience!

The staff took wrong orders. He said he refunded to us. it takes a couple days to show refund.
But it didn’t refund after 4 days.
I called but the staff said he can’t help because it’s too many days
