Great wait staff; very friendly. The food was great too!

Bring back the old manager , I guess she transferred the bartender said.
The new one has new no clue what she’s doing. She belittle’s the employees. I overheard her talking to the staff. It’s ridiculous.

Came on Saturday around 4pm, was seated immediately which was nice but then we weren’t greeted for 15 minutes and had to go ask the host to notify a server that she had sat us. Server came shortly after took our food and drink orders, water wasn’t brought to the table until after the appetizers showed up. Everything we tried looked promising but had something off about it. The cheesesteaks egg rolls were bland, the coconut shrimp tasted like a dessert, the buffalo wings were undercooked, the smash burger was good but the peppers are too sweet and wet and made the bun soggy, and the seasoning on the regular fries have an unbearable amount of rosemary, I’ve never not been able to eat french fries. I had high hopes for this restaurant but I was highly disappointed.

Perfect food with more than 30 craft beers. I recommend !

Food wasn’t bad, the A5 Wagyu burger was underwhelming, however blue cheese burger and wings and Truffle fries were good
Be careful you automatically get charged 3$ if you just touch the iPad
Though it is written on it however we didn’t know that just by trying a silly tik tak tok game just twice for fun we were charged 3$ on the bill!!!
It didn’t feel right at all!!

My review is regarding takeout. They won’t take order over phone after 5. Have to go through DoorDash where you can’t make any changes. I just wanted to hold cheese. There wasn’t a single burger or salad option to do this. So I was the only one in my family who couldn’t order food. Upon pickup .. my food was ready while the hostess continued to just help the line. So I just went up and grabbed my own food. Not great service. Used to love this place and I’m local. Wont order from here ever again.

My friend and I came from local beach in Laguna Beach and were helped by young teen hostess. We were brought inside and seated. Then I countined to the restroom she showed me when I returned my friend abruptly told me we were being kicked out. I was extremely confused because we were already seated. Terrible customer service and knowledge of restaurant rules. If they did not want us there why did they not decline at the door, customer service issue.

I used to live in Santa Barbara and am a huge fan of Finney’s. Tried Laguna one for the first time.
Service and vibe are very nice but food was bad.
Chicken and waffle taste like precook and coconut shrimp isn’t seasoned. Pizza dough was very dry but taco was excellent.

We loved their place when it opened, but it's obvious that the owner is phoning it in now. You've got to get a handle on management, its really being poorly run. This might fly with tourists, but locals won't put up with it. Please fix it, it's too cool of a place to be run like this.

Some great beer here. Our first time coming. We were just walking around, and decided to stop in. Had the tacos and pizza. The ambiance was great! They had TV 's with the baseball games on, so the atmosphere was electric! Will mos def be returning.

Parking: A definite challenge to find parking space. My only issue.

It's a pretty typical beer bar and grill. The beer selection is pretty good and they do serve flights.

So much good beer on tap, this is the place to go for beers in Laguna. The food is good with plentiful portions that goes well with beer.
The service is usually good. They are always happy to bring you beer samples. But sometimes they are off, and forget about you.
Its kinda loud in a fun way. Great for meeting friends.
