Mall food court is just dead atmosphere in general. The employee tried but the death of the mall food court is just hard to overcome. The cookie was tasteless and for $7, I expected a lot more than a dry boring cookie. It was event the chocolate peanut butter cookie and the peanut butter was more word than flavor and the chocolate was a look not a taste. I will not return.

How could you give these cookies anything less than FIVE STARS? Seriously this place rocks. And I'll tell you my favorite part - the GLUTEN FREE cookies!They're incredible. And HUGE!You can't eat them at one time. Or maybe you can. But not me lolAnd the staff is so wonderful and friendly too!Run, don't walk to Hudson's!!!!!

The diet is off when it comes to Hudson's! These are priceless! The kids love walking here for cookies. Mouth watering treats. Sets you back about 2hrs on the treadmill lol. Too good!

Stopped be Fashion Island with my boyfriend, and I'd like to try some cookies since it looks very good.I bought two, one for eat right away and other saves for tomorrow. Since I carried a lot of things, I asked for a bag so I didn't break my cookies, the cashier said she didn't carry any bags at the moment.Then we stepped on the elevator and saw there were still some bags hanging.Do you ask to spend a certain amount to have a bag in the store or because I didn't look like rich Asian so I got treated differently?Poor customer service

I’m a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur so was tempted to try out Hudsons when I passed it at Fashion Island. The display of cookies and desserts was beautiful and looked so delicious. I opted for the chocolate chip cookie that was $6.40. The hand sized cookie was beautifully soft and packed with chocolate chips. I only wish this one had more sea salt flakes on top. I’m a baker myself and understand that they always fall off after cooking so no fault of the company. The only tip I’d give is to hand place a few chocolate chips on top after they come out of the oven. It’s more time consuming but makes them look picture perfect and Instagram worthy.

Holy moly, wasn’t expecting much but literally the best snickerdoodle I’ve had in my life. Read the founder’s story - she was like a mad scientist, experimenting through hundreds of batches until she reached perfection. And it shows! DELISH.

Cocky guy helped us! We ordered three cookies and he said we get one free. Then he said no the cookies did not qualify ! Total bs! Then I asked for a fresh cookie that was on a tray -15 minutes old. He said that he could not sell them because they would be too hot - total bsSo we bought the cookie and left him no tip !! He was so right about Being wrong !!! Then he offered to heat the old cookie up in microwave! I will never go back ! Congrats you lost our business for life !

Hudson cookies has done just that, from the beautifully delicious assortment of cookies they offer, to the welcoming, smiling faces of their team, and their simple sustainable packaging. Hudson cookies just gets it right. Marlon, their manager is an absolute pleasure as is the rest of the team. Don't sleep on the Raspberry and apricot Sandies, perfectly buttery, fruity, delectable bites that keep you going back for more! This place is the SWEETEST in every way!

$7 for a cookie - yikes! Located in the bottom floor food area at Fashion Island, this shop did not seem like it was staffed when I went. Two-thirds of the display cases and trays were empty, and no one was in sight. The photo I posted is only focusing on the trays that had stuff on there. Thanks to other Yelpers who wrote that you need to ring the bell for service, though the service was subpar. Not very friendly - it seemed like the person working there did not want to engage in conversation. Just pointed at a s'mores cookie and said it was $7. The cookie itself was nice. Thick and buttery. I put the cookie bag on my dashboard as I went to lunch so when I got back it was nice and gooey. I enjoyed it, but for $7 and subpar service? I'll be going elsewhere.

One of the most delicious gluten free chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted in my life! These bad boys are not your average cookie. They are massive and chewy in the center, similar to brownies. They are meant as a special treat and not every day snacks. Do not mind the price because the quality and taste is worth every dollar. I look forward to visiting Hudsons again when I'm back in OC.
