GG’s Bistro is a rare find: excellent food in a tourist town. I went today and loved it! If you’re willing to walk just a block up from the tourist traps, GG’s offers a clean and spacious new outdoor patio, as well as a nicely decorated indoor dining room. Service is very pleasant. They offered me a taste of Turkish Raki, and gave me good advice over all.I recommend the Meze Platter. And I loved the blackened salmon sandwich, which I ordered today for lunch.Parking: There is ample parking in the paid public parking lot behind the establishment.

I ordered the Iskandar kabab The food was delicious but it was less than warm which tells me two things. The food is not cooked on demand and second why the hell would you serve me less than warm almost cold food? So far as my first experience at this restaurant I'm not impressed but in the coming months I'll give them another chance and see if they get their act together. Service was excellent.

We really enjoyed our time here. The only disappointment was my husband has Celiacs and this restaurant had been rated highly on Find Me Gluten Free app. They gave us a gluten free menu and they seemed very knowledgeable. Despite this he had a reaction to gluten in his food.

We made a reservation online in advance with help from Francesca over email. The food, atmosphere, and service was outstanding. They had a separate gluten-free menu for my wife who has celiac disease and also had vegan options for my parents. It was great to have a place to go that could make these dietary accomodations and still deliver delicious food to everyone's tastes.Thank you, and we'll be back next time we're in Laguna Beach!
