Been coming here for over 8 years and its been great everytime. Such a gem of a restaurant, and im very pick y with ramen but this always hits the spot

Have gone a couple times and enjoyed it every time. I get the vegan udon and the fried tofu appetizer.

I would have to rate the ramen of this establishment a D for “Disastrous”. Let’s start with one of the main ingredients of their broth- heavy cream. This ingredient alone tells you all you need to know about the quality of food you will receive here. The cream is but a shortcut and lazy attempt at imitating a beautiful meal. The appetizers felt like they came out of a Costco frozen box. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here if you are looking to eat a meal that was created with respect and care.

I ordered the ramen tofu because there normal ramen was a combination of tonkotsu broth with pork and chicken.
Since I don't eat pork, it had to be the tofu one, which is really sad for me. I was expecting them to add chicken to it, but they couldn't, so I had to order a chicken lolipop on the side, which was actually pretty good.
So if you don't like/eat pork it's gonna be hard for you in there but otherwise the ramen tofu was good but I didn't want to eat tofu because I don’t like it but chicken but like I said I had no choice but to order it.

My Friend and I were visiting Laguna and stopped by to have some Ramen. The guys were very attentive with service, drinks and food. We had a great experience overall.

My wife found this place in Laguna Beach as we were going to the Pageant of the masters

Ordered: Gu Ramen with Fried Tofu topping,
Crispy tofutons, and fried rice.

Everything was delicious and was served quickly. Our wait staff Dan was friendly, helpful (had a few questions), and checked in with water and if we needed anything.

Definitely give this place a chance.
