Love this restaurant. Always excellent service and great food. However, yesterday I ordered the new eggplant sandwich and was very disappointed. It was really soggy, too much sauce. The sauce should be served on the side or minimal sauce should be placed on the sandwich. I have never ordered something I didn't love, until yesterday.
We celebrated our five year anniversary at Harvest last night and it was excellent per usual! From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly, the hostess wished us a happy anniversary, and then we were quickly greeted with water, and our waiter arrived immediately after. The evening stared off well! Our waiter let us taste a couple wines which was very nice. We had the beet salad and it was delicious! I had the sweet potato gnocchi, it was tasty. I enjoyed it. Undecided if I would order again. My friend had the shirt rib and asked to substitute the greens and was offered steamed vegetables. The meat on her dinner was very good but the wedge of potatoes was very overcooked, crunchy even and the steamed veggies were terrible. A collection of cauliflower...
