This restaurant is not inexpensive but the food is very good. We had the monte cristo sandwich (made with French toast but not entirely battered and fried) and the chicken pesto sandwich. Both were excellent. The pesto was very aromatic which makes me think they probably make it fresh there. With tip it was on the north side of $50 for lunch though, so come prepared for that. I would definitely go again and try the other menu items, which all sound hearty and interesting.

Tried this place out. We are laguna beach locals 25 years plus. Foodies. Got the lox Benedict and BLTA. Both were terrible! Couldn’t even take a second bite of the Benedict. The BLTA had guacamole on it which wasn’t very tasty, not a good touch for a BLT sandwich. Doesn’t taste fresh at all. Opened up the sandwich and found a wilted old tomato were terrible.

Great selection, we had the steak burrito and Monte Cristo. Both were delicious, if a little lite on the sauces, but they have us extra when asked!

I like this cute place but unfortunately the food leaves much to be desired. I have tried numerous dishes and they are all bland, have texture issues, or just miss the mark. For example, the French toast and pancakes are consistently very dry, the waffles are tasteless, the scrambled eggs are just not well done, etc. Will visit again due to the unique location, but wish the food was good.

Best place for kids and incredible service. Remade my burrito even though I forgot to ask without cheese. So nice. Thanks.

The food is amazing! I will definitely be going back. Only thing I would change is make it more restaurant style service, meaning I’m able to sit down and have the waitress take my order. It’s a little awkward ordering at the counter ?‍♂️ Other than that the food was out quick and the quality was

I love this place. I should’ve done review a lot sooner. Space is clean and has many seating outside and inside.Food is pretty good but omelet can be larger. Coffee is decent even for snobbish coffee drinker like myself. You have to order at ordering station like fast food but they do bring food to you. They ask for tip at ordering stage— I don’t like this system. It’s like teacher giving grade at the start of semester.Other than that I’m pretty happy with pricing for food value etc
