Disappointingly rigid. Will not vary any menu items, won’t add anything or remove anything.
Portions not especially generous.
Good bread.

Value for money is mediocre too.

Dietary restrictions: Totally inflexible. Unwilling to vary any single menu item.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ok outside

very cool place, delicious food, very friendly staff, all tables are occupied in the morning and a large selection of wine!

Everything was wonderful, service was great. Quick visit, we went around 2:15pm on a Saturday and they close at 3pm, so just in time. But it was the perfect timing, no crowds, no long wait, got a table and could just enjoy the food and the moment! Lovely to have such a top notch place and it fits perfectly in Laguna!

Extremely disappointed by the service. I asked for a croissant with just cheese and was told that wasn’t possible since the croissant came with ham and cheese (no substitutions). I asked if there was anything else that had only cheese- no. All the other sandwiches had meat. I couldn’t understand why a bakery that clearly has the croissants AND the cheese, couldn’t give me one without ham (I even offered to pay for the price of ham and cheese). The employee insisted that the manager wouldn’t allow it but the manager was on break and unreachable. It’s clear the manager is not a nice person and the employee was worried about getting in trouble but what I don’t understand is WHY. I had to leave still hungry. You need more non meat options, and maybe a cheese sandwich for vegetarians!

A little bit of Paris in Newport/Costa Mesa. We order our annual Christmas Yule log cake here and it’s got great pastries all year round! Love the baguette as well

The cafe is super cute with lots of products imported from France and really nice decor. The sandwiches are quite soft (bread not great) but the pastries and cakes were good. They have delicious fruit juices from Valencia.

Moulin in Laguna Beach offers an unforgettable dining experience. Everything from the ambiance to the service was outstanding. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and truly authentic. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for top-quality!

Pre made quiche no flavor and refused to add a sprinkle of basil as I requested. Dirty floors and tables, Chick Filet would have been a better choice!

We came for breakfast as a family of four. We ordered a croissant for the child but received a different dish instead. They refused to replace it. The waitress tried to insist they were right. In the end, we had to pay extra to get what we actually wanted. There’s a long wait, and they’re not flexible with customers. We won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, it was a pre-made sandwich so it got cold and hard. Brie, Apple & walnuts sandwich and coffee were delicious. It's great that it's easy to eat right away.
