Incredible ragu! Meatballs; soft, cooked perfect…Only not nice thing was the toilets… the place of it, I could see some dirty areas close to the kitchen… the cabinet was dripping water..They were too busy I can understand that.Still really good and I recommend!

I’ve eaten here a handful of time and I've always left impress with the service and the food. Yesterday I went there with my family (it was there first time) and they loved the food. Our server was Sergio and his service was outstanding! The whole staff was. Highly recommended!
We love coming to Olivers. They also do not cook with seed oils. Their truffle menu is amazing and this time we had the beet salad. Always consistent and the staff is always very sweet when we come in.
We have dined here many times in the past. They have expanded with a tent to accommodate increasing popularity. We arrive on time, during a rainstorm, and we're seated in an open breezeway between the tent and restaurant proper. The manager told us he would move us inside. After waiting for 10 minutes we were told rather curtly by the hostess that three groups were ahead of us and there was no seating to be had. We left and had a lovely dinner elsewhere. Needless to say we will not return.

Excellent service, delicious authentic Italian food! The grilled octopus appetizer was amazing -- large portion of octopus with delicious sauce. The pappardelle al chingiale was excellent! Great wine list. Highly recommend!

Overrated, overpriced, overcooked!! Pork chop overcooked and mash potatoes cold. Seafood pasta toxic levels of salt. It was good a few years ago. Not so much now.

The place is very comfortably stylish but the food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and professional. This place is definitely a keeper and return-to many, many times. I ate the pasta special, the beet salad and shared the zucchini flowers. What a great meal.
Oliver's was firing on all cylinders last night — buzzy, busy, delicious. Waiters are most charming, managers are hands-on and pure pros, whole night felt like a short jaunt to Milan. The wine was great, the cocktails even better, and the pasta with black truffles worth absolutely every penny. Surprise star of night: the risotto special with short rib ragu, which was hearty and hot on a February night. Thanks, guys. You made a family dinner very special.

We enjoyed our meal last night. The meatballs were delicious, everyone enjoyed their mains, the wine selection was great. Our waiter was knowledgeable and made great recommendations.
Bronzino had too many bones and was mushy lasagna was mushy and I think frozen and thawed out !!! We were so disappointed hadn't been there in awhile and some of the dishes that we liked were not on the menu !
Excellent food and service. It's difficult to find quality Italian food in the OC, so we're glad to have found one close to my husband's work. Pastas were amazing. Looking forward to trying other dishes.

I have only heard the best things about this restaurant. I didn't agree with what I have heard. The food was mediocre at best. If you must go there only order pasta. Everything is over priced and mostly tasteless. Service was great. Thank you.

Another wonderful experience at Oliver's with friends. Great meal and continue to love the relaxed approach to the meal... no pressure to turn the table on the night. A great four hour meal for us. Thanks
