This wonderful little restaurant is the gem of South Laguna. if you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by and try it out! The food is delicious and they offer a wide variety of dishes. I've been going there with my wife for over 20 years and never once had a bad meal. Papa's is also one of the best take outs in Laguna Beach
