Food is okay and on the pricy side. The cauliflower with Chinese sausage was burned. The interior design of the restaurant is very nice. They closed so early, and we are the only table left around 9pm?.

Such a delicious and pleasant experience. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. Service is outstanding!! The cocktails were perfect and our wine was great. Oh the food was amazing! Tip if you are thinking Peking duck request at time of making reservation as it is prepared fresh and served by chef at table side. Very impressive! It is a great family dinning menus portions are generous, fresh and unique! Excited to go back......

12/10. Was amazing. The atmosphere is great. Clean, beautiful bar, nice entrance. Service. Amazing super attentive, every staff member committed to providing great service. The food. The food, so tasty. Nothing tasted old, stale. Everything was fresh made, consistent, delicious, better than described. We had the cucumber salad to start, it had so much flavor. Followed by the cubed wagyu steak. Shocked it was such high quality meat. The crispy chicken was a huge hit. Jong Kong noodle finished us up nicely. If you are thinking of going here, DO IT. We wis h we had this quality of food at home. Great spot. Amazing food. Beautiful restaurant.

Simply outstanding. Red Dragon compares very favorably with the best restaurants in Asia. (I lived in Hong Kong for 7 years and traveled extensively throughout Asia). The food is superb, the service exceptional, and it is one of the few restaurants I have been to recently where there is a pleasant level of music and general background hubbub but the acoustics are such that you can have a conversation. A jewel.

Beautiful restaurant and very nice, attentive wait staff but the food was a real disappointment. The Peking Duck which we ordered in advance was okay. Not spectacular, not terrible. But given the price tag, spectacular was what we expected. Spicy cucumbers were good but again, $20 for cucumbers!? Shrimp straws - a restaurant specialty - were meh. Asparagus with scallops were good. Seabass with Chinese vinegar was very disappointing. Fish was deep fried (didn't know that would the case), and it was not moist and tasted like they used frozen fish. The fish itself had no flavor and the sauce it was sitting in had a hard lift trying to save the disastrous dish. The noodles were fine. Ordered them with chicken but you had to search to find the chicken. Bottom line: to walk out the door after spending $350 for 4 people and have a dinner like this was a terrible feeling. As my friend said as exited the restaurant, we call this a "FAL" -- First and Last. I don't see how this place stays in business. Unless they get their kitchen in order in a significant way, this place cannot survive. Does not deserve to survive.

I’ve been to almost every restaurant in Laguna Beach so I was delighted to discover Red Dragon tonight. The smooth and chic decor gave me Intercontinental Hotel Hong Kong vibes and the Cantonese food was authentic and healthy. We felt like VIPs because service from CC and Bobo was top notch. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

You won't believe what we discovered in Orange County! We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant that completely blew our minds. As soon as we tasted the traditional Cantonese cuisine, we were transported to a world of decadence and pure indulgence. The restaurant's ambiance was simply breathtaking and the food, service, and presentation were absolutely outstanding. Trust us, you won't want to miss out on this incredible dining experience!

When we got there from the outside, it's kind of deceiving but once we went in, they had a full bar top alcohol. The drinks were great. The atmosphere was good. The food was amazing. I do recommend that you give it a try if I had to say, one thing is just finding parking.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Arrived on time for our reservation and were immediately seated. We sat there for over 20 minutes and nobody came to our table. No water, no greeting, nothing. After trying to make eye contact with any employee, we finally got up and left. The person who sat us asked us why we were leaving and apologized, but it was way too little too late!

The portion to price ratio is laughable. The $78 ribeye steak came out cold and the half duck portion isn't actually half of a duck. The shrimp rolls were like skinny breadsticks not actual rolls. The complimentary birthday dessert (chunks of ice in the gelato)was only half the actual portion, although the full amount is charged (and taken off). The place was empty for a good reason. Disappointing experience for a location with no ocean view they are charging ocean view prices. You hear the sound of traffic as your dine, not ocean waves.

Best Chinese we've had in a long while. Lovely decor although a little too bright with lighting. Music selection should be rethought. Peking Duck and Sea Bass very flavorful. Staff is very attentive. Good location for private parties. Top floor features bar and light bites during summer.

These guys have more dollars than sense - literally. Beautiful place, but it's just lipstick on a pig. Never really busy, so they just double the prices for the suckers who walk through the door unknowingly. The potential is there under the right management. But until then, there are considerably much better options across the street.

We were seated immediately in this beautiful restaurant. Ask to be seated upstairs. The service was very good, and prompt. This is a very pricey restaurant, but they serve delicious food. We tried a few different dishes all were Amazing. I recommend the restaurant. Make sure you know it is delicious and expensive.
