Was cruising around, and stopped by to this place and The food here was really good, service was even better, the vibe and atmosphere was pretty chill, and overall it was a good spot for a few drinks and a good bite to eat,
We stopped here since it was near our hotel. I had Rosemary's Chicken and Biscuits, which was excellent. It really didn't need the biscuit. The chicken was crispy, even with the gravy on it. It was served with mashed potatoes and grilled mixed veggies. My son got the French Onion Baked Penne and he really enjoyed that. Our server was friendly and so was the hostess. This is a comfortable bar/restaurant/cafe with a very good wine and beer list, and creative dinner items. We had two salads and two entrees, but the portions are large, and we could have split one salad and dinner. The short ribs were tender and delicious. I get the idea this place is more for locals and frequent Laguna visitors, rather than tourists. I would definitely go again.
