This restaurant is huge on flavor but not on price.. we had a beautiful dinner here. You order at the front counter and then they bring everything to your table. There is an outdoor patio or an indoor dining room to choose from and both are clean but nothing fancy.. just a down home come as you are casual beach vibe. Our favorite dishes were the spring roles, shaken beef, and the brisket banh mi dip sandwich. The garlic noodles are a nice side alternative to rice and the chicken wings seem to be a universal favorite. This is a great relaxed place to grab a bite.. food comes out fast and hot. There is a free parking lot on the north side of the building.

The bowl was mediocre. It seemed pre made because they brought it out trigjt after I ordered. I’m sure the other dishes are better, but it’s Laguna beach, so don’t expect much.

Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Used to love this place so much but every-time i go the food quality gets worse. I keep trying to go back hoping the food will taste the same as it once did but it’s always worse. The pho tastes like water, i am 100% sure they microwave it and add water now. The beef is seriously disturbing and flavorless. Tonight was my final straw as i took a bite out of my beef and it tasted like fish… my brother stopped eating it after a few bites because of how bland and weird it tasted, not to mention the broths Neon yellow color…. If saigon doesn't figure some stuff out and go back to its old ways i dont see a very long future. Whole family used to go here, now i cant convince them. Im a laguna local and all my friends agree the quality is just to bad to go now.

Great food! We got chicken baos, they were amazing. Banh Mi sandwich, the baguette is soft, not too hard and crispy! We’ll def visit again

You don’t want to miss this place if you’re looking for some pho experience. Thank me later.

Good spot in Laguna, but does not compare to Vietnamese restaurants outside. Ordered the brisket pho, and was slightly disappointed by the brisket. The pho broth was also quite salty, flavor was not as rich as other pho spots. Similarly, lemongrass noodle soup was also salty, but did have a good amount of lemongrass flavor.
Overall, fine spot for lunch/dinner, but don’t come here expecting authentic Vietnamese flavors.

When I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant to meet up in Laguna beach, I came across this gem! It’s a cozy, homey spot with a great atmosphere for dining. We ordered fried egg rolls, crispy wontons, a pork banh mi, a pork vermicelli bowl, pho (traditional soup), chicken curry, passionfruit mango limeade, and Thai iced tea. The food was absolutely delicious, I especially loved the appetizers!

The server, who was the only one working that day, was like Wonder Woman! She was friendly, easy to talk to, and super nice. It was the perfect combination of good food, great service, and a lovely place to try.

Loved this place. Food was awesome and the service was quick! 100% recommend the garlic noods!

Vegetarian options: All dishes seem to be modifiable to be vegetarian by swapping out the meat for tofu!

Parking: This restaurant has its own dedicated parking lot that’s free with plenty of spaces.

Hubs got the dry pho (vermicelli) and I got the curry. He said he wished he also ordered the curry. It was really tasty. The place was really cute and the people were nice.

Terrible service: Water, utensils, and menu had to gotten ourselves. Little to no interaction from waiter, only serving food.

Food: moderate taste with high price point. Not worth money; $13 for only noodles with choice of protein for an additional $6+. $13 for fries?!
