I want to keep this place a secret but I also need it to thrive because the food is SO GOOD!! If you get there before 3 definitely get the waffle but everything is delicious. The pho baguette and sticky rice munchies are my current go to's but that will change in a couple months.

I ate the pho dip sandwich years ago and I still crave it. I came back here a couple days ago and even tastier than how I remembered. The best. Can’t find that anywhere else.

I come here pretty often and always get the same rude horrible nasty server who for some reason singles me out and rolls her eyes at me, speaks rudely to me, and today was no different. Done giving this place chances. Fix your service. Why am I being bullied by a restaurant server lol. She’s the one thats pale with dark long hair.

One night I was craving a banh mi sandwich after trying to describe it to my son. Finally, said forget it and let's go get one. We found Saigon Beach close by, and it didn't disappoint. My son is now a fan. The young man at the front counter was super cool and suggested we also try the Pho Baguette Dip. Whoa!!! I remember that sandwich, but I wish I could remember his name too.

This was my second time to this restaurant, and I liked it as much as the first time. I had the pork belly lollipops and grilled pork Vermicelli plate. Did not disappoint. I be eating there more often if I lived closer. Easy parking and dogs are allowed on the patio.

I was very disappointed with the food and service at Saigon beach. I was overcharged for an extra bowl of pho, I was told that I would be refunded within 3-5 days, I was not. I was overcharged about $20 which is disappointing. My sister received her pho 15 minutes before I received my food, so her pho was cold. The pho broth lacked dimension and tasted like a white washed version of pho. We also ordered the pork eggrolls and were really disappointed because the pork tasted spoiled.

Shared shrimp/avocado spring rolls. They were fresh and flavorful. The dirty French fries were amazing and the lemongrass wings were delicious. My daughter had shrimp pho and said it was really good also.Service very friendly. Enjoyed eating outside. A great first night in Laguna.

Please have respect for yourself, your mouth & your belly. This restaurant is delicious we ordered everything on the top 5 special menu and every dish hit. The flavors really tasted like I was really sitting on a beach in Vietnam ??. Also the papaya salad if you can handle spicy.

Like the little coves and hideaway beaches this felt like a hidden gem. Spent some time at the beach away from the masses and we were hungry! The menu was limited, but had what we wanted, pork Banh Mi, papaya salad, and bao/sliders. The Banh Mi by far was the hit, 10/10. Not too much bread, loaded with delicious-not fatty pork, and a good amount of veggies. Next time I'm here I'll request jalapeños, since there was a scant amount of those and I would have liked that extra heat. The papaya salad was decent, flavorful dressing, and it made me feel healthy, 7/10. It would have been better with more peanuts and jalapeños or some kind of spicy veggie. I'm weird about Bao or Buns, I don't really like the texture of the bread, but I keep trying. The beef Bao were delicious, I loved the flavor of the meat, completely different spices and good veggies. 8/10, probably 10/10 if you're a Bao fan. I wish we could mix and match on the 2 for $12 special since I really wanted to try the Chicken, guess I should've paid the extra $2. On the whole the prices were very reasonable, especially for this neighborhood. Service was good, food came out very quickly with fun crunchy snacks on the side. The ambiance was simple and clean. Nice outdoor seating area, but I wouldn't want to hear all that traffic noise. So glad we stopped by, we will be craving that Banh Mi .

We love this place right in the heart of Laguna Beach! Wonderfully seasoned dishes and super friendly owners and staff. We always come for our favs, pho baguette, 420 rice downtowner, pan Dan waffle and tried some new yummy menu items today as well - crispy wontons, lemongrass, chicken wings, saucy bossy ribs, and dirty fries!Parking: ConvenientKid-friendliness: Great dishes for youngsters

What a great spot for fresh and flavorful Vietnamese food! The papaya salad was nice and light and the addition of the slightly crunchy caramelized onions was a treat. The grilled pork was delicious and especially crispy - both bread and pork. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.
